I went in with a particular car in mind that I saw on the website. The car was being sold as I arrived and Eric Vega, the sales guy, made sure not only that I found a similar car that I wanted but that was also in my price range. He made sure that I was comfortable through the whole transaction and happy with my purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and Eric as well.

Elk Grove Kia review
The Kia redesign is real. I was really impressed with the style and level of detail. Really love our new 2025 EV6. Tonee Lee was the best salesperson I worked with across all of the dealers at Elk Grove Auto Mall. I couldn't be happier with how engaging he made the test drive and how easy he made my lease of my brand new EV6. He gave me no pressure at all but just wanted to make sure me and my wife got the car we wanted. It was our first time buying a car in 15 years and our first look at EVs. He really gave the best introduction I could've asked for and really tried to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. He also made sure to take care of us with ANY issue with the car or touch ups and even greeted us at our service appointments. Go see Tonee. Love our new car - can't stop driving it!

CHRIS and marcio were incredible. Their service is beyond beyond even though I didn’t buy the car. It was not because of anything they did, it’s just when I factored in the transportation to the northeast it just didn’t make any sense if I lived within 500 miles of them I would buy from them all the time they are the best of the best whoever trained them also should be commended Joe ct Former new car dealer for 50 years

Andreas provided excellent service. He advised me to add oil, prior to my appointment, which probably saved my engine seizing.

Recently my 2014 Kia Optima engine went out and Sam Rodriguez was instrumental on helping me get a new refurbished engine at no charge at all because it has been recalled and it had never been replaced. All the workers are awesome and very helpful and our people of integrity and honesty. Thank you Kia for your truthfulness and helping me get a new engine at no cost.

I have taken my used Kia to the Manteca dealership since I bought it in 2019. Everyone has always been friendly and courteous. They never try to sell a service that is not needed. Will always recommend Kia Country in Manteca.

Kia Country review
The folks in the Kia Country service department were friendly, fast, and very efficient. I was told what they were going to do, what it would cost, and how long it should take for the service. They were correct in all 3 areas. Even the cashier had a smile and a pleasant attitude. It was a pleasure to do business with them all.

Kia Country review
Taken my Kia EV6 when charging is not happening. They were pretty clear on the steps on how to get the car to dealership and pretty prompt on figuring out the root cause. They found the charging circuit is failed and said that can be fixed on warranty. They were so clear about the next steps (getting the part, replacing, etc.) and timelines. I was expecting it to take several weeks as my friends who got issues with their EVs had to wait for months. But Kia Country could fix my issue in less than couple weeks. I am very satisfied with that clarity in commitments and delivering to their commitments.

Eddie the sales manager is the man. He made sure to take care of me and made the entire process easy. Sales person David and Genevieve made sure to go through the features and options with me. The finance manager Khalid went above and beyond and explain everything in the contract to make sure i understood everything. I would recommend this dealership to every one. Hassle free pricing and no back and forth here. They are straight shooters. I have contact several other Kia dealership to get the same vehicle. No response from their internet team and lack of proving information regarding the vehicle I was interested.
