I recently visited Hanlees Kia in Davis and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, and my sales agent, Steve Hopkins, went above and beyond to assist me. He was knowledgeable, patient, energetic and made sure I got a great deal on my Kia EV9. Steve’s professionalism and genuine care made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for excellent service and a great deal, I highly recommend visiting Hanlees Kia and asking for Steve!

Eddie the sales manager is the man. He made sure to take care of me and made the entire process easy. Sales person David and Genevieve made sure to go through the features and options with me. The finance manager Khalid went above and beyond and explain everything in the contract to make sure i understood everything. I would recommend this dealership to every one. Hassle free pricing and no back and forth here. They are straight shooters. I have contact several other Kia dealership to get the same vehicle. No response from their internet team and lack of proving information regarding the vehicle I was interested.

Robert Lemon helped us buy a Kia Sportage today. He was amazing! We were there for many hours and he was so patient in helping us find the right car in the color that we wanted. He brought up several cars for us to test drive to and/or to look at. He was so good with us. When we finally made the decision as to which car to buy, it went very quickly. Robert put forth so much effort in making us feel happy and satisfied, and showing us how the car worked…(we’re older people ha!) We were so pleased. The whole experience could not have been better. Thank you to Robert Lemmon!! We highly recommend going to Mark Kia. By the way, we went to several other Kia dealerships and had the best service here.

Great experience, unmatched service. Eva was nice and helpful. She explained and walked us through new cars available, trim levels, perks of every car that we were interested in. Chris, the manager, gave us a great council on financing. Even thou the was a storm that day and troubles with Internet Service Provider, they went beyond the call of duty to help us purchasing of the car. Most pleased with experience. Me and my wife are now happy owners of a new Kia Forte 2023.
