Fred Anderson Kia of Greer review
Had a wonderful salesman named Ty. There was something about this young man a sincerity rarely found in a salesman. He was knowledgeable patient and gave me the white glove treatment. He is a rarity in any sales business. When I walked in he was the first one to greet me and I am so thankful and forever glad that it was him who did because I don't think there's anyone else I would have been encouraged by. I met a few other staffers and they too were very nice and seemed very genuine. Sincerity is not something that you can put a face on for It's A vibe and Ty is the epitome of that vibe. I am glad I went to Hyundai in Greer, SC and I have been recommending this young man to anyone who may be looking for a vehicle to purchase. I am very pleased with my car and would recommend Hyundai of Greer for anyone who's looking for great service, committed staff and no high pressure sales tactics. Thanks Ty success is already yours.

Fred Anderson Kia of Greenville review
Exceptional customer service is easy when everything goes according to plan. The real measure of an organization is how its people respond when things become difficult. Fred Anderson Kia of Greenville demonstrated that standard. My mother’s Chevrolet Equinox required extensive and complicated repairs over an extended period. Because she lives in South Carolina and I live in Iowa, I coordinated much of the process remotely. Chris Kirby in the Service Department provided consistent communication, professionalism, honesty, compassion, and persistence throughout the entire process. This was not a simple repair situation. Chris continued working through the issues, kept me informed, coordinated with the technicians and others involved, and treated my mother and her vehicle with genuine care. His commitment made an extremely stressful situation manageable for our family. People. Performance. Persistence. Customer Care. My family sincerely appreciates Chris Kirby and Fred Anderson Kia of Greenville for the professionalism and commitment shown to my mother throughout this experience - Mel

Union County Kia review
My experience from start to finish was absolutely amazing! Im a busy mom working in healthcare and was able to let my son take my car up for appraisal and test drive the car I wanted. Then I worked Via phone with my sales and finance crew to finalize everything. Went up after work and they had my car tinted, detailed amd ready for me to go. A few signatures and a sit down with my amazing sales agent LARRY GOODE to show me how to set up my Kia app and work all my tech in my brand new car and I was rolling out of the lot. This was by far the best car buying experience ever! 5 starts by far!! And LARRY GOODE is absolutely the sweetest and best ever!.

I love the service department at this dealership! Work is always performed in a timely manner, and the employees have a “yes” attitude… Not trying to avoid fixing things or attacking on extra charges. It’s actually a pleasant experience. I recommend Kia of Anderson to all of my friends.

It is with pleasure that I write this review. Andre Jefferson has got to be the epitome of the perfect salesman. He was very professional, kind, helpful, and patient. He made sure that he met all my criteria in my new 2027 Kia Telluride SX Hybrid Prestige AWD. I got black on black and it is beautiful! Strangers walk right up in parking lots expressing admiration for my new car. He literally got it in 2 days. I will happily refer him to everyone and not hesitate to ask for him again whenever I am in the market for a new car or to family and friends. Thank you Andre! You are amazing!!
