First off, I drove all the way here from San Francisco because I was lucky enough to initially be connected to Salesman Nick when I called one afternoon to check on the availability of a 2018 Kia Soul. He told me what he knew about the availability and told me he would call me back after checking on the specific vehicles options. Having had flaky car salesmen experiences in the past, I expected to not hear back. I was wrong! About 10 minutes later Nick called me back and provided me with all the information. He asked if I wanted to come in and I told him I would be in the next morning. He happily adjusted his schedule to meet me the next day. It was a complete pleasure working with Nick. He was happy to review all the bells and whistles of the car and it was clear he loved being able to sell Kia cars. On top of that, he was funny!
When it came to the price negotiations, I could have not wished for a better experience. Shout out to the Sales Manager Mark who was friendly, straight forward and fair.
The final chapter of the experience was the Finance Manager Servan who was really nice, low pressure finance guy. I am used to finance managers being pushy and trying to push all the "extras". Servan did not push at all! He reviewed the options, explained his opinions about the "extras" and did not push me with any guilt or fears (experienced all that at other dealerships).
I walked out with a brand new Kia Soul at a price that was fair and customer service that was exceptional. If you are in the market for a new car I highly suggest checking out Kia's and the friendly, fun service at Stevens Creek Kia.
I went in looking for a used car something good on gas and talked to Carlos, he was very informative and worked well with my budget got me situated in a car I really enjoy, definitely coming back to him

The entire staff, from first contact to last, was very helpful in helping us find the exact vehicle we wanted and explain all the details along the way. Phillip was an Amazing sales Professional to do business with. At first when I got to the dealership I was approached by Trund whom at the time was with a customer but still made the effort to welcome me and helped me inside where someone could help me. Phillip quickly approached me and from there did any and everything he could to help me and get what I wanted. I walked out with a 2019 KIA Soul PLUS and monthly payments that I was shooting for. All in All great customer Service.
Transmission slipping not able diagnose or fix issue ,also advisor did not seem to be very concerned. I have talked to other kia owner with same concern it would seem like it is time for Kia engineering to get involved
Talked about it for months, researched and then went on Life Mart. John contacted me shortly thereafter, of course I didn't answer right away but he kept trying and said they had what I wanted and would I like to stop in and see it. He was great, not pushy but informative and really worked with my budget and trade in.
It took me about a month or two to make my decision on what vehicle to purchase.The process was not painful. Aaron took his time and helped me all along with comparing vehicles, test drives and side to side comparisons. It was a comfortable process. Chris also helped a great on the day of the purchase. Bought a Kia Sorento from Rachel at Fuccillo North Port. The dealership was very clean, inviting and the people very customer friendly!! From the moment I first started looking for new vehicle they were the best. Didn’t give harassing phone calls just simply a check-up phone call. Loved the car and the way I was treated. Rachel was extremely friendly and explained all the options I could get and really listened to my needs and what I wanted. Bobby in finance was also great!! He explained all warranty options but didn’t push on them. Best place to buy a vehicle in my opinion. Great experience and free gifts were great too!!!

Everyone was friendly, polite and willing to work the numbers and make it happen. The only downside is the paperwork. Since I haven't purchased a new car in years, perhaps this is just the way it goes but it took longer to go through all of the paperwork for a new car than it did to get a home equity loan!
We have now purchased two vehicles from fuccillo. Jordan Ray was awesome the first time so we just had to go back. Everyone was very nice and friendly and informative. We will be going back there for any future needs!!
