Very satisfied with everything—wonderful mileage, fit and finish, adequate acceleration but some road noise. Great that my golf clubs fit in sideways versus having to lower a back seat back. Very good service dealership. Would definitely buy again!

2022 Kia Niro review

It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. I had to keep adding water to my car so she can take us there. I was nervous as this was my first time purchasing a car. IT WAS THE CAR IVE BEEN WANTING :) and Elijah Combs was our representative. He had great hospitality, customer service skills, had an amazing slime and over all made the experience of our first time comfortable and exciting!! ( I definitely had that anxiety lol) no tricks, no games. He helped us with getting set up with full coverage insurance and making sure we get our registration. I am very grateful to have had this thrilling experience and he was just as excited for us as we were. I definitely recommend him and the CarMax crew to any one whom is looking to get a new car. 2017 Kia Niro review
This is my second Niro! And I would’ve not gotten rid of the first one with if someone hadn’t plowed into me, when her ran a red light. Have had no major issues with the car the whole time I have owned it.

2023 Kia Niro review
2023 Niro SX HEV is my 2nd Niro. I purchased this a a Certified Pre-owned car with 14,400 miles on it. It now has 22,000 trouble free miles. The CPO warranty is the same as new car warranty. I appreciate the size, utility, comfort and fuel economy (52 mpg ave with 90% of miles in city). My 1st Niro was a 2019 PHEV which I was very happy with. It had two electrical issues, both were covered under warranty with no problem. I traded up to the 2nd generation Niro for the increased room and improved comfort over the 1st generation. I didn't get a PHEV the 2nd time around because I don't put many miles on the car and financially it made more sense to get the HEV rather than the PHEV after the Fed tax credit expired. Very happy with both Niros and recommend them for anyone wanting a comfortable, well equipped hybrid or PHEV.

2023 Kia Niro review
I've had this car since 2023, and I've put almost 35k miles on it thus far. I've maintained it by manual specifications and have had no issues with how the car performs. The only issue I've had that was semi-irritating was the Android Auto/Carplay would cut out on me but I finally got a dealership to replace a faulty USB port and have had zero issues since! I get great milage and have no complaints as of today.

2019 Kia Niro review
Bought this Niro LX brand new. I was impressed with it within the first hour. Plenty of power when you need it, plenty of economy all the time. We currently have 68,000 miles on it, and the only thing I have had to get fixed is the A/C system which was under warranty. We take long trips in this car and always average over 50 mpg. Driving in town gets 54 - 56mpg. It is so very quiet, even when the ICE is running. Its a shame that the price of these has risen over $10,000 since we bought ours. Not a car that I would pay $30,000 for. I have purchased 3 Kias since this one, and I love them all.

2019 Kia Niro review
MPG far exceeds EPA rating during warm/hot months with an average of 50-55mpg during regular commute. it does drop during winter months but it bounces right backup as soon as warmer temperature. Touring model has '18 wheels and excellent for long distance ride and everything works seamlessly and rock solid reliable with 60k odo on original tire. Niro has safety system that the our new Lexus NX350 that cost 2x as much doesn't have. sound is automatically reduced when reversing.
