I am pleased to share my recent experience of purchasing a car from Parkway Auto Center, where I received exceptional service from Marcus Anzivino. He demonstrated remarkable patience and provided invaluable assistance throughout the process. After conducting a credit check, which did not yield the best results, Marcus advised me to contact my bank, make a payment on my credit card, and request a pre-auto loan. I followed his advice on Friday morning, but unfortunately, my bank declined my application. I promptly informed Marcus of the denial, despite having made a payment on my credit card in an effort to improve my chances of approval. I then inquired about the possibility of having my brother cosign the loan, to which Marcus agreed. He sent me a link where my brother could provide the necessary cosign information, and within 30 minutes, Marcus contacted me with the welcome news that my application had been approved. He inquired about a convenient time for me to collect my new vehicle. I was thrilled to receive this news, especially considering that my bank had previously declined my application and having my brother cosign was my last resort. With winter approaching, I was eager to acquire a reliable vehicle, so I informed my brother of the update, and we proceeded to sign the necessary paperwork the following day, on Saturday. We found a [surprisingly] sought-after example of a Honda Element at Midwest Auto, for our son - four hours away from our home. A 22yr old car, with over 100k miles on the odo. I expected a decent car with some issues, for what I paid. Instead, I got the cleanest Vtec the local, mobile mechanic had ever seen. He climbed all over that car for 1.5 hours and thoroughly drove and code tested it - both past/recent codes and “likely fail” codes. I have a four year old, bought-new minivan that wouldn’t have tested that clean. I drove the four hours home with no trepidation whatsoever. I feel like I stole this car. The mechanic told me that he sees a lot of “good cars” come out of Midwest. Not only was the sale easy, no-pressure and quick, (as we knew what we wanted), they were accommodating and incredibly friendly. I’ve owned a lot of cars and after what I experienced, I would buy from this dealer sight-unseen and ship with no fear. ANY used car WILL have some issues - new ones do now! - but this one doesn’t need anything but what anyone should do for any car. It’s getting a fresh alignment and a new battery. That’s it. This is easily the cleanest decades-old ride I’ve ever bought. Five stars.

I went to a few dealership on Saturday with my wife looking for a car for my college bound son. We were both impressed with Arko and how kind and easy going they were. A few places we went to didn't even bother to come out and say hello. When we told Arko we weren't looking to purchase quite yet he still gave us the same attention as he did when he thought he'd maybe have a sale that day. We will for sure be back.
