Everything went fine. However, I recommend the warranty coverage for all the electronics be mentioned during the sale, not the financial aspect. The sale was made, the papers were signed, and the surprise 2300 hundred dollar warranty was introduced!!
This was the first time I actually bought a car on my own, Alex made me feel like it was not a big deal and that I would be OK, I don't think he realized it. I went from a huge Suburban to a much smaller car, he knew I was nervous, so when we went on our test drive it was great, as he explained what the car had to offer and made me feel at ease. I would recommend anyone to go work with him. Bruce is the same manager and also come over and talk to me and he was so kind and has a huge heart!
Dale was so great to work with when buying my new (pre owned) car! My husband and I came in with a budget and Dale worked to find a car in our price range but also with the features we wanted! I am so happy driving my car every day! They gave me money for my very, very used car and I drove off the lot that day with my brand new car. The day after I bought the car the check oil light came in and Dale got me into service quickly and I didn???t have to pay anything to get it checked.
You always are worried when you walk into a dealership. I traveled 70 miles for the car I bought. Drew my salesperson made the process quick and easy. The price was what I was quoted. Left the same day with my Sierra. Great experience just wish they were a little closer.

He is a true professional. He was easy to talk to and discuss the car I was interested in and walked me through the whole process. Was nice and newly renovated. Service was quick for a dealership. And staff was friendly. Was my first experience as a Kia owner they handled the small situation with my tail light quick and solved the problem for now was water behind the lens

In this case I went in for an oil change and drove off with a new car. Needed major repairs on the old car, so decided to inquire about a new one.
