Two complaints the brake pedal squeeks when you press it and the Eco mode is too restrictive at times. Otherwise this car is amazing! I love getting 36mpg when I have a lead foot and 50 when I'm being conservative! The power from this 4 cylinder is astonishing! I am completely surprised I do not have more speeding tickets! Handling is amazing and becomes more sporty when you take it out of eco. Fun to drive, has more power than expected and is a hybrid, couldn't ask for a better combination!

so far so good, the car has been very pleasurable to own. It drives smooth and rides good it is great on gas. most of my friends really like this car some have called it sexy some have said they would live in my car.

Bought 3 cars with zero problems. Currently have my RAV4 maintenance service done and appt was as scheduled. Jordan was assigned and I received updates on what he was doing and a final report for what was checked and what was done.

The hardest thing was getting used to how quiet it runs. Great roomy car with lots of bells and whistles. It is fun to drive and super on mpg.

Wow I'm totally amazed with this car! I've driven Audi's & BMW's and just recently got out of an Infiniti G35, I looked at this car because I need to save on gas, taking both kids to their soccer games and activities, I'm all over the place. So far I have been impressed with the gas mileage! This car is so stylish and comfortable and has every option I need. I never write reviews on anything but I like this car so much that I felt the need to add to all of the many happy optima hybrid drivers out there. It took my a lot to consider the change from my history of owning the other big name luxury brands but wow I'm glad I did! You get a great car for a fraction of what you'll pay with the others! Buy one!!

Its a great car, low miles and great warranty! Gas mileage is amazing and it's a smooth drive. The hybrid is a great option for all commuting.

This car is exactly what we're looking for! It's a hybrid so great on gas, it's roomy inside, the entertainment center is full of new stuff such as Apple Car Play, rear cameras, driver only A/C and it's great looking in and out. We love the car! Comfortable on long drives and the hybrid is great on gas. Drives very nice and plenty of power when you need to pass. The navigation system, heated seats & steering wheel, memory seating are all standard on this model and would not get another car without them now that I have had the experience.

My overall opinion on CarMax was that I was very satisfied. I definitely never had such an easy and simple car buying experience.i would Recommend CarMax to anyone and everyone

I was looking for the SX Turbo but ran across the 14 Hybrid and after test driving the LX the Hybrid became the one. Handling is great and you wouldn’t know the car was on if you never looked at the dashboard. Great car!!

Traded in my old Tahoe for a 2017 Kia Optima Hybrid and I could not be happier! First time owning a Kia and the car has been great, you get so many features for the money. I’ve had the car for just over a month and am averaging 43mpg in Dallas, TX so the EPA is accurate and I’m saving a ton of $ at the pump. My car came with the technology package (blind spot monitor, lane departure, auto emergency breaking front and rear, nav) which has been super helpful driving in Dallas traffic. Also got lucky and ended up with the panoramic moonroof and two tone paint (white with black pano moonroof) which make this car look really sporty. Definitely doesn’t look like a hybrid. As long as it remains reliable I’ll be very happy with my purchase. Loving this car.

Vehicle is super quiet. Still getting used to having a hybrid for the first time. Very stylish inside and out in my opinion.

It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I still give 5 stars because I truly believe Carrie in corporate and the GM of the store are stand-up people who genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy and in the right vehicle. In the end, everything worked out as it should. Carrie was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and the GM was equally understanding and supportive. I stand by the fact that CarMax sells reliable, well-running vehicles. Two of my children have purchased cars from them, and I recently purchased a Ford F-150 myself. Each time, the vehicles have been excellent. I’ve been very satisfied with the service I’ve received—both when selling my vehicle (fair offer) and when buying one (fair price). I took my time buying a new car. The car I was driving was sturdy and reliable but after 15 years it was time for a new one. I wanted a midsize sedan that sipped gas, that had excellent driving characteristics, and was comfortable both for short trips in the city and long-distance drives. The Kia Hybrid filled the bill. It's not the quickest car when it comes to 0-60 MPH (7.8 secs.) but it has all the power necessary for passing on the highway. I bought the top of the line--heated seats, panorama roof, etc. It turned out to be a luxury car at a bargain price with great safety features and great amenities (those heated seats, heated steering wheel, fantastic sound system, etc.).
