From the very beginning, Ron Gardner and his associate Patti made us feel at home. Their knowledge of the vehicles was impressive. Both went out of their way to work with us on getting a car that met out needs and stay within our budget. Ron was very clear in presenting all available incentives that were being offered and even went a step beyond in getting us the price we were willing to pay. We ended up leasing a Cadenza that is just beautiful in all aspects from styling to performance and loaded options. This car buying experience was the best I've had in many years. My brakes gave out on my 16-year-old Forester as I was leaving town and heading home--I was in Pittsburgh visiting my mother. I had been toying with the idea of buying a new Subaru, and the repair bill was what tipped me to making the purchase. At first no one would pay attention to me when I went down to the showroom, so I was watching TV and planning my car future when Greg Johnston came into the room to deliver keys to a new buyer and I engaged him in conversation. He was friendly and offered to help me then and there--even though it was near closing. I never felt rushed and he took the time to explain everything to me about the different models of Crosstrek. I came back Saturday morning and drove a new car home. I love it. Greg made the experience stress free. He had a sense of humor (even when I sort of gave him a hard time). Everything about the car was explained to me and I am planning on going back for a refresher course this week. Going from a 16 year old car to a brand new one is like going from a model T to a spaceship--and I'm no spring chicken! All salespeople should be as attentive and easy-going as Greg. I hope he's there in 16 years when I may be in the market for a new car. Until then, I can only refer my friends and family to him.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Talked about it for months, researched and then went on Life Mart. John contacted me shortly thereafter, of course I didn't answer right away but he kept trying and said they had what I wanted and would I like to stop in and see it. This was truly an amazing experience the car we bought was due to be inspected in December they had me drop it off inspected the car did Admissions and oil change and Alignment topped off all fluids changed filters and put four new tires on my car because they needed them all for no charge to us!!! I've never experienced anything like this and my husband has been buying cars for over 50 years and was totally impressed we will buy from Choice again!!!

The North Hills Auto mall team did a wonderful job by finding my family and i the vehicle we were really looking for and that was in the price range. We had a certain range we wanted to stay in and they got straight to the point when we arrived. They helped my family and i find the perfect fit that accommodated our needs. The sales people are truly professional and really care about your needs in a vehicle. Everybody there was great and if your looking for your next vehicle definitely don't waste your time anywhere else where they wont attend to your needs and waste your own time. We were looking for over a month and everywhere else they pressured us and didn't have anything that even came close to this dealership. Found the best vehicle for the best price. I had a good experience at Northstar Chevrolet. I went in for an oil change, and a rubbing noise. They could not find the rubbing rubbing noise so the manager and the mechanic went with me for a test drive which then I did not hear the rubbing noise anymore so what they were doing must have fixed it.
