Staff are very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and take care of even the little things that need being done. They give you a time frame for the work and meet it. If anything comes up they explain what was found and the options available to fix it.

I felt like I had good advice, without undue pressure. He, manager Albert Palmer, and CFS Dominick D'Aurizio worked with me to get finance terms better than what I thought were possible going in, including reaching out to credit unions that could offer a lower rate than would otherwise be available. wow, Kia issued a safety update to their software just as a precaution. John Sullavan Kia got me in when it was convenient for me and had the update completed in less than an hour. They also took the time to explain about the update. Everyone there is always so friendly and helpful. I do all my Kia service work there.
