My wife and I experienced a serious overheating problem in our Santa Fe while driving from our home in Kansas City to Chicago. We found Kunes Hyundai online and were blown away by the superior service they offered. Kyle served as our service advisor, and he went above and beyond to take care of us. He patiently explained the problem, told us they had to order a part, and promised the vehicle would be done by Tuesday. When I left the facility, Kyle said he was on the phone trying to work a little magic to get the part sooner. I don't know who he called or what he said, but he worked the magic. The part came on Monday, and they had the Santa Fe fixed and back to us a day ahead of schedule! That was tremendous. We were already sold on the Hyundai, but this experience reminded us again of why we are on our third vehicle. The level of customer care is off the charts at Hyundai. And Kyle is the best service advisor we've ever had. The repairs fixed the problem and got us safely back home to Kansas City. I would gladly recommend Kunes Hyundai without hesitation. 220,000 miles and still is running strong. Holds up with 3 young boys what can I ask for? Bought used price was good why not? I'll drive it till the wheels fall off. The durability of the inside is impressive I'd even buy a new engine or transmission if need be. Very satisfied customer.

2011 Kia Sedona review
We bought the car used with 40,000 on the odometer. After 60,000 miles we can say that it left a good enough impression that we traded it in on a new 2018 Sedona. The car was powerful and responded well to inclines such as the Grapevine. We used the Sedona for the many trips to H.S.U. in northern California the four years our daughter was a attending. Never left us stranded!

This car has lasted me over 10 years and it was a beautiful piece of metal. Over 240,000 miles and she was a sexy gal. She would be pushing over 115 on the highway with that V6 engine. God I miss her.

2015 Kia Sedona review
Bought in 2016 with 6000 miles. Not the quietest ride but currently at 125,000 miles and no major issues yet. Only problem was original set of rear tires wore out on the inside edge. The tire shop said Kia had that problem from the factory and he installed a shim kit to make the alignment correct. No problem with that issue since. Mileage is good for a large minivan. At 70 to 80 MPH I get 26 mpg average depending on which state I am buying fuel in. I love being able to switch from Automatic transmition to a manual transmission when going down steep mountain grades. I am actually shopping for a used Kia 2017 to 2020 right now with low miles to replace this one.

2015 Kia Sedona review
I went into my purchasing research looking for an SUV with third row seating. I had a very reliable 2003 GMC Envoy XL which I had owned for 9 years. I have test driven GMC Acadia, Chevy Traverse, Ford Edge, Pontiac Montana, Buick Enclave, and 3 different Kia Sedona; a 2016, 2015, and a 2018. I always said I would never drive a minivan, but the Kia Sedona changed my mind. The stylish Sedona, doesn't look like a minivan, and the luxury features make you forget you are driving a minivan. It starts with the standard Kia warranty 10 years/100,000 miles for the original owner (60,000 miles regardless of owner). The Sedona also tests much more reliably than all the above mentioned models as well as Chrysler, Dodge, and Honda minivans per Consumer Reports. The cost is also much more affordable compared to SUVs of a similar size. The SUVs listed above have significantly less room inside for hauling. To approach the interior space of a minivan, you would have to go with the largest SUVs: Ford Expedition, Lincoln Navigator, Chevy Suburban, GMC Yukon. Going to those options were out of my price range. A similar SUV with a similar price would be a minimum of 10 years old with over 100,000 miles, and still be more expensive than a 5 year old Kia Sedona with less than 60,000 miles on it. After months a research, the choice was clear. I ended test driving 3 Sedonas and I loved all of them. I ended up purchasing the 2015 because the price was right. I have loved it! The power lift gate (only on certain packages) has made grocery shopping so easy. I can open and close it with the touch of a button even with two hands full of groceries. The dual power sliding doors make dropping the kids off easy, even in a crowded parking lot. The bluetooth technology has been great. You can even have texts read to you via voice commands. The clincher for me is that I can fit my paddle board inside the Sedona, where I would be unable to do that with most SUVs. I love everything about this purchase, and highly recommend Kia Sedonas for anyone in the market for an SUV or a minivan.

It goes a long way so you don't miss anything 6 months down the line that it was warning you about before. I recently sold it to upgrade to a larger car, but I'll always appreciate the guidance I got when making such an important first purchase. If you're looking for a dealership, that won't purposely sell you a horrible car, this is the place i felt most comfortable with after speaking with 10+ dealers.

This was the second Kia I owned. I just traded it in. This vehicle has a lot of room. I used as my primary family vehicle. Great for vacation, road trips, family and friends airport taxi and girls basketball team.

2012 Kia Sedona review
I purchased a van from eBZZ in December. I have been waiting to post my review to make sure the van wasn’t going to breakdown after the first 30/60 days. I am pleased to announce “IT HAS NOT”. It runs great. It is so quiet and smooth running. Perfect. Purchasing this van from Joe at eBZZ was the best experience I have ever had in buying a used vehicle. There really was no pressure. I saw the van as I passed their lot and stopped to see it after hours. I then called the office and said I was interested in the van. He said stop by and we’ll show it to you. He even offered to stay a little late, because I worked about an hour away, for me to stop in and test drive the van. They were very accommodating. We did the test drive, got all the facts on the van, they had the “FAX” report and all was great. They took care of all the paperwork in getting it registered and ready for the road. They are the BEST. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a used vehicle of any kind. They even helped with my trade-in and gave me a generous figure. Best experience ever!! Friendly staff, not too pushy; however, Buyer Beware -- they do a great job making a car look great both in pictures and in person, but the car we bought turned out to have nearly non-existent brakes, badly worn rotors, and, unfortunately, engine damage from having been run with little to no oil in the past. We checked the oil in the parking lot, looked new and topped off, and no signs of leaking. Didn't check the exhaust pipe, however, which would have given a clue to the amount of oil the engine was (is) burning. We discovered this upon getting a 120K mile service interval one week *after* purchase from XDrive -- they pulled the oil filter and there was a TON of metal shavings in it, and we soon discovered that its burning oil at the rate of approx. one quart per gas tank or six hours of driving time. Only way to have found this was to have it checked by a mechanic *before* purchase.

Very clean interior and lots of interior room and carrying capacity. Great for utility. Seats can be folded down flat to increase utility . 7 passenger to boot !

Emergency Brakes won't hold the vehicle on a slope without Parking gear. Car rolls down on slight slope with brakes on. Needs a recall to replace Emergency brake cables.

2008 Kia Sedona review
bought thus van to replace my beloved Toyota of 22 years, it is still running well but needs a repair that would cost too much in labour for a cooling | heat system if they could even find the parts. After a lot of researching I found this kia sedona at a price I could manage and am really delighted with it. Has a few things to fix but most are common for any vehicle and the rest are covered by a recall. I was surprised to see they honored this recall since I am not the first owner. it is comfortable to ride and I was concerned that on a bit of ice it slowed down on its own, I thought something was wrong with the car... i came to realize it was the cars intuitive design reacting to the road conditions....I was most grateful for that. So far enjoying it as much as my dear old toyota, with many more bells and whistles that I am still learning. feels good and solid and has lots of room for people and the dogs. I love the zone heating too!

2012 Kia Sedona review
Bought new for my wife in 2012. I am very particular in maintenance of all fluids & filters. 360,000 miles later and still runs like new. The most amazing thing is the “check engine” light has not even been on once. No leaks and uses no oil. Amazing vehicle!

Van is comfortable, gas mpg is decent. it is a versatile vehicle and good satellite radio. Its a very quiet vehicle. Doors freeze in cold weather!

2014 Kia Sedona review
I bought the 2014 Kia Sedona used in 2018 and I pretty much love it except for the dashboard controls. They are not user friendly or intuitive (for the driver to understand). I dread having to put the defogger and defroster on because I have to wait until I'm at a stop light or someplace where I can take the time to figure out which buttons and dials to push and turn, find the symbols on dashboard, etc. Maybe it's partly because I need reading glasses and I can't wear them while driving, but still. This is the only car I've owned where I had such a hard time using the dashboard controls. There are just too many. I also just tried pairing my cell phone with the Sedona's bluetooth so I would be able to use the hands-free phone calling feature, but it just kept telling me "pairing failed" over and over and I have no idea why. I just gave up because I have zero patience with that kind of stuff. It's hard enough to get the heat or AC to the right temperature and coming out of the desired vents, there's no way I will be able to get the phone feature to work. Don't even get me started on the windshield wiper situation. omg I also wish it got better gas mileage. I mainly drive around town with some brief highway driving and I usually get around 18 mpg. It is great for camping if you take out the middle seats and fold down the rear seats, you can make it into a mini-campervan. That was the main reason I bought it. It also is great for hauling stuff with all the seats down/removed. Oh, and speakers for the audio system are awesome!

2007 Kia Sedona review
Have driven my 2007 KIA Sedona 180,00 miles with very few problems. Also own a 2017 Sedona which is nice with more bells and whistles, but the 2007 has more pep and rides as smooth as the 2017. Maintenance per mile on both has been much less costly than GM, Ford, and Chrysler products that I had in the past.

2011 Kia Sedona review
Super reliable! It has been parked outside in Indiana for the past five years through boiling summers and freezing winters. It has only failed to start one time and that was because I needed a new battery. It has tons of pickup. So much I feel like I can beat a corvette when the light turns green! Easy to drive and comfortable enough for my family. We got a basic model to save $, but it is well designed. I've driven it to work since we bought it new both long (1 hour) and short (10 minute) commutes. We have also take it on 5 vacations over 700 miles one way. If I ever buy another van, I will get another Sedona because of the great experience with this one. The only thing I've had trouble with is associated with winter outside parking. When I pull on the door, not knowing that it is frozen shut, it may slightly jar enough to for the door sensor to think the door is open. After climbing in through the passenger door, which never freezes because it is next to the house, we have to drive five or ten minutes until the car warms up with the ding ding ding of the door-open alert on. That is so annoying, but a fellow outside parker told me to reach in the passenger side first, start the car and go back inside for 10 minutes before trying to open the potentially previously frozen driver door. Lol. What a genius!
