Used Kia Sedona for sale under $5,000 near me

I have purchased several cars from Troy and have always gotten more than my moneys worth. If your looking for reasonably priced transportation this is the place.

I bought my 05 Kia Sedona back in 08 with only 47,000 miles. And now I am proud to say that its now 202, 000 miles and counting. I maintained my own car except the timing belt.

I bought 2011 Honda Pilot in 2016 and 2010 Chevrolet Suburban in 2024. Both transactions went well. Honest and easy to deal with. They were very upfront on the defects on the vehicles.

Bought in 2016 with 6000 miles. Not the quietest ride but currently at 125,000 miles and no major issues yet. Only problem was original set of rear tires wore out on the inside edge. The tire shop said Kia had that problem from the factory and he installed a shim kit to make the alignment correct. No problem with that issue since. Mileage is good for a large minivan. At 70 to 80 MPH I get 26 mpg average depending on which state I am buying fuel in. I love being able to switch from Automatic transmition to a manual transmission when going down steep mountain grades. I am actually shopping for a used Kia 2017 to 2020 right now with low miles to replace this one.

I bought this van new. It's now old enough to vote. Quite reliable with no major work other than brakes and oil changes. Heavy but a smooth ride. It still rides tight if you keep the back windows closed. It isn't the flashiest vehicle on the road but all I need is reliable transportation. The V6 has enough power for me.

I bought the 2014 Kia Sedona used in 2018 and I pretty much love it except for the dashboard controls. They are not user friendly or intuitive (for the driver to understand). I dread having to put the defogger and defroster on because I have to wait until I'm at a stop light or someplace where I can take the time to figure out which buttons and dials to push and turn, find the symbols on dashboard, etc. Maybe it's partly because I need reading glasses and I can't wear them while driving, but still. This is the only car I've owned where I had such a hard time using the dashboard controls. There are just too many. I also just tried pairing my cell phone with the Sedona's bluetooth so I would be able to use the hands-free phone calling feature, but it just kept telling me "pairing failed" over and over and I have no idea why. I just gave up because I have zero patience with that kind of stuff. It's hard enough to get the heat or AC to the right temperature and coming out of the desired vents, there's no way I will be able to get the phone feature to work. Don't even get me started on the windshield wiper situation. omg I also wish it got better gas mileage. I mainly drive around town with some brief highway driving and I usually get around 18 mpg. It is great for camping if you take out the middle seats and fold down the rear seats, you can make it into a mini-campervan. That was the main reason I bought it. It also is great for hauling stuff with all the seats down/removed. Oh, and speakers for the audio system are awesome!

Very clean interior and lots of interior room and carrying capacity. Great for utility. Seats can be folded down flat to increase utility . 7 passenger to boot !

The Kia van has met all our needs. We have used it a lot to travel as well as help our friends and family move items too bulky to fit in other vehicles except trucks. It always amazes us how much cargo you can stuff in the back if you remove the rear seats. Excellent suspension system for hauling heavy items. Still doesn't use oil or exhibit any leaks. Engine still runs smoothly and air conditioning excellent. Cross winds have little effect on tracking down the road.

The van was comfortable, reliable, great on gas, great family vehicle. It got us where we needed to go safely and comfortably. Would recommend to others any day.

Super reliable! It has been parked outside in Indiana for the past five years through boiling summers and freezing winters. It has only failed to start one time and that was because I needed a new battery. It has tons of pickup. So much I feel like I can beat a corvette when the light turns green! Easy to drive and comfortable enough for my family. We got a basic model to save $, but it is well designed. I've driven it to work since we bought it new both long (1 hour) and short (10 minute) commutes. We have also take it on 5 vacations over 700 miles one way. If I ever buy another van, I will get another Sedona because of the great experience with this one. The only thing I've had trouble with is associated with winter outside parking. When I pull on the door, not knowing that it is frozen shut, it may slightly jar enough to for the door sensor to think the door is open. After climbing in through the passenger door, which never freezes because it is next to the house, we have to drive five or ten minutes until the car warms up with the ding ding ding of the door-open alert on. That is so annoying, but a fellow outside parker told me to reach in the passenger side first, start the car and go back inside for 10 minutes before trying to open the potentially previously frozen driver door. Lol. What a genius!

It's a good Minivan. Never had a problem with it . I wish I can still keep it . But my mom needs to sell it.

Van is comfortable, gas mpg is decent. it is a versatile vehicle and good satellite radio. Its a very quiet vehicle. Doors freeze in cold weather!

This 2006 Kia Sedona is by far the best van I've ever owned being disabled for 37 year's due to industrial accident I Hope the vehicle I get is going to be reliable and this 1 hasn't disappointed me atoll , I bought it 2nd hand with 50,000kms on it it's now at 300,000 the only thing I've ever done to it is regular oil changes & of course brakes , it has great horsepower even at 300,000kms it's still strong as ever I don't know if I just got a good 1 or not but I'll tell you if I ever had the chance to get another low kms van I'd grab it in a NY second , my neighbour bought a newer 1 and is just as happy, I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a reliable vehicle I'd get a Kia, by the way the body is still mint but being in northern Ontario we get it rust coated every year,, big thumbs up to Kia for making a great van,, Douglas Northern Ontario Canada

Had looked all over and didn?t find anything that was in our price range. If it was affordable it didn?t have anything on it. In about 15 minutes Jerry Corley at Rhodes Chevrolet had the perfect little SUV for us. It was a 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer with remote start, heated seats, safety features, great mileage and the best part..it was pretty! We got the best deal too after spending a couple months looking. The owner David Neal even stopped to visit with us and told us thanks for coming in and for doing business with them. That is a rare thing these days. Another thing that is rare is no markup from MSRP on their vehicles and no silly additions for a couple thousand dollars. Our Trailblazer even came with carpeted floor mats and a temporary spare tire with jack. Most cars these days don?t even have a spare so roadside service wouldn?t do you any good. It?s my 2nd Sedona. I?ll stick with them!!! Smooth drive. Exceptionally reliable. I drive it daily, family vacations, etc... I love the style, leather interior, moon roof. Very happy with it.

Have had this car since the first vehicle year of 2002. The only repari we have ever had on it was a transmission fluid fitting that had come loose about 2 years after we purchased it. We've done lots of driving, both city and highway. Carried passengers. Caried heavy music equipment. Etc. Mainatinence consisted of regular oil changes and windshiel wiper replace ments. One set of tires (the Korean tires are great). This past year, we had the brakes done for the first time, the timing chain replace (routine maintainencae) and the AC compressor don. Absolutely NO complaints. Except the tailgate is extremely heavy. Don't recommend it for a short person or someone who is not very strong.

We bought the car used with 40,000 on the odometer. After 60,000 miles we can say that it left a good enough impression that we traded it in on a new 2018 Sedona. The car was powerful and responded well to inclines such as the Grapevine. We used the Sedona for the many trips to H.S.U. in northern California the four years our daughter was a attending. Never left us stranded!

I bought my Kia Sedona September 2003, and I would buy another Kia Sedona if I could afford it. I am having problem with the air condition, also oil leak, 2023 is the only year I had to go without air. I still have no air, but I will see when summer get near what to do. I have had to do other repairs, but it has been better than a car payment and you have to expect things to go wrong with the car, just as thing go wrong with your health. All things has to have repairs.

Brought this to replace a 2004 Kia Sedona EX. Has alot of room and quiet. Engine is more responsive. The 2011 Kia Sedona LX has better safety features and options then the 2004 kia Sedona. Love the 3rd row folding seats. We did lose a few features between the 04 EX and 11 LX. But overall the 2011 Kia Sedona is great value and fun to drive.
