They added complimentary oil changes, had the car fully detailed, and even noticed the brakes weren’t where they should be. I went into the dealership because I had a few concerns with my vehicle. Everyone was nice and attentive. My service person went over everything with me and let me know exactly what I needed and how they were able to work with me. I also enjoyed the free complementary snacks and beverages. What a fantastic buying experience from start to finish! I was greeted buy salesman Luis Luna when first entering the dealership. We got right down to business. I told Luis what I was looking for, went on a test drive, and back to the dealership to finalize the transaction. What a great vice at the dealership. I spoke to many people at the dealership at my relatively short stay. I got what I wanted and headed home with my Telluride! From Luis my salesman to the General Sales Manager to the finance manager to the cashiers, everyone was so friendly and positive! A very seamless experience. The waiting area was stocked and there was comfortable seating. The t.v?s were mounted so you could watch television as well. Over all a good experience.
