Even met a lady from Cleveland who followed her salesperson to Preston Kia! I highly recommend this Dealership to everybody looking for a GREAT and RELIABLE vehicle. With only two months left on my lease for my Chevrolet Equinox, I started looking into leasing another Equinox ? but decided to test drive the Kia Sportage first. I had an outstanding experience at Kia of Streetsboro thanks to Nevan and the sales manager, Mo. From start to finish, everything was handled perfectly. The process was completely transparent—no games, no backdoor tactics, and no “dirty” negotiating. Just honest communication and straightforward numbers. What really set them apart was what they did after we had already closed the deal. They added complimentary oil changes, had the car fully detailed, and even noticed the brakes weren’t where they should be. Instead of brushing it off, they proactively replaced them before I took delivery — at no extra charge. That level of attention and integrity is rare in car buying. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I went into the dealership because I had a few concerns with my vehicle. Everyone was nice and attentive. My service person went over everything with me and let me know exactly what I needed and how they were able to work with me. I also enjoyed the free complementary snacks and beverages. The facility was nice and clean. I had an overall nice experience.

We purchased a 2026 Kia K5,GT-Line car at Haleen Kia in North Olmsted, Ohio. The salesman was John Hawk and he spent a lot of time going over the features and answering both my wife and I's questions. He was very informative and professional and had a lot of knowledge about the car. He made sure that before we left the dealership, we had all our questions answered. Driving the car home was a pleasure. My wife and I are very happy with our pruchase. I even contacted John after the sale a few days later and he responed quickly with the answers to further questions I had.
