Gary Rome Kia review
I have been to many dealerships in the past, throughout Connecticut. Enfield Kia dealership has taken on a uniquely different approach. A working together, a professional caring team behind the scenes. Justin Jackson, worked with exceptionally diligence, his, “NO pressure” quiet awareness of a personal situation helped this team to excellence..There were bumps, there are always bumps making a major purchase but J J ‘s experiences, understandings and knowledge, gently flattened that paper to sign, bringing me to Shawn. Under pressure having many consecutive sales that afternoon to get excited customer's into their new car. His efficiency and thoroughness as I left, had NOT one after thought of any questions. Shawn explained every detail of the process, as we moved from one signature to another, answering my questions and noted certain things for my better understanding. This team, We feel, was outstanding, secure and trustworthy. Wouldn’t purchase a car anywhere else now.. Thank you , Carol

2027 Kia Seltos review
This is a first drive review. I've been in automotive for nearly 40 years. I drive 30-40 vehicles of various makes and models every year. I cannot remember when I've been more pleasantly surprised by a vehicle. Smooth, quiet, refined, GREAT brakes. Fanstastic car worth a look!

Ron Bouchard Kia review
On November 25, 2023, my husband and I visited Ron Bouchard Kia with the intention of replacing his 8-year-old car with a new Kia Sorento. Being our first time at the dealership, we were uncertain about what to expect. Fortunately, we were warmly greeted by Jackie, who proved to be exceptional! She patiently walked us through the car's features, addressing all our questions with clarity and enthusiasm. Jackie presented us with various options from their inventory, and even offered to arrange swaps with other dealerships if we couldn't find our preferred car on-site. Importantly, she assisted us without exerting undue pressure to finalize the sale. After test driving the car and falling in love with it, we returned to the dealership. Jackie seamlessly guided us through the documentation process, and we proceeded to speak with the Finance Manager regarding leasing options. The deal we reached left us satisfied. Despite spending the entire afternoon at the dealership, we didn't realize we were the last customers in the store. Jackie patiently waited for us to complete the paperwork with the Finance Manager before bidding us farewell. Two days later, my husband returned to the dealership and returned home with our new car. Overall, the entire transaction was remarkably straightforward. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm reception and the ease of doing business. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Ron Bouchard and would gladly consider doing business with them again in the future.

I have bought many cars in my lifetime and Andres Marquez was truly the best salesmen I have ever worked with. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He made the entire process stress free. Andres took time to explain my new car to me and helped me with everything from start to finish. He has a wonderful, pleasant personality. I highly recommend Andres to anyone looking for a Kia.
