I have received nothing but gracious and helpful assistance. Austin Tittle in service is careful to listen, exhaustive in investigating a concern, welcoming, polite, and reasonable in his recommendations. I trust his wisdom impeccably. I would buy my next car at Greenway if only because of the quality of service.

Greenway Kia NorthReviews
Greenway Kia North review
Greenway Kia North serviced my 2022 Kia Telluride on 9/12/25. The service tech registered my car as soon as I arrived at 7:50 am. After waiting an hour, Kia provided a shuttle to take me home. When the service was completed, Kia called, and I order the shuttle. After waiting for the cashier to come, I paid what I thought was a reasonable bill. But no one bothered to inform me if the recalled power seat switch was fixed or part ordered or what. One air pressure sensor has been alarming regularly for the past three months, but the tech could not get it to alarm during the service - so, I will just have to put up with it. Kia North is a nice place, and the staff is friendly enough but were not real informative in my case.

Spitzer Kia ClevelandReviews
Spitzer Kia Cleveland review
Just a note I posted on Reddit concerning dealerships: Almost all of my dealership experiences have been awful. But my latest experience with Spitzer KIA in Cleveland was exactly the opposite. I traveled from Buffalo to look at 2 2024 and 2 2025 Tellurides. I wanted a V6 so 27s were out. All 4 vehicles were extremely clean. I was treated wonderful by a non commission salesman (Andrew). I decided on 1 vehicle, it was a great price to begin with, EX-XLINE, with trailer hitch and wiring, 18k miles, super clean for just about $41k. I was searching on line and a pop-up kept coming up for $500 off a purchase so I grabbed it, and when I presented it, no issues at all, they dropped the price. I flew back a couple days later, they picked me up with no wait. I got a tutorial about all the electronics and got an additional 3000 points in KIA VIP points good at any dealership. They followed up a week later to see if I had any issues. Easily my best dealership experience ever. It's a shame they are to far to travel for anything because I would stay loyal. Alexis the internet liason was really helpful. Spitzer has a bunch of dealerships in Ohio and I believe PA, none in NY.

Joe Myers Kia review
Mr. Mark demonstrated exceptional customer service from the beginning. He promptly scheduled an appointment for my daughter's vehicle despite other dealerships' reluctance to accommodate us for 15 days due to starter issues. He also managed to set up my appointment for an oil change on short notice this Saturday. I am very impressed with Mark's customer service skills, which is why I have decided to no longer take my three cars that I purchased from Parkway Kia to them anymore. I purchased all three of them in one month for my children in 2020. The lack of customer appreciation shown to me has been disappointing. Therefore, I plan to remain a loyal customer of Joe Meyer Kia. I appreciate the dealership taking care of my family and me. Thank you, Albert Martinez U.S. Army Veteran

Westside KiaReviews
Westside Kia review
Great car buying experience at Westside Kia! No annoying pushy sales tactics or manager charades. They honored the price advertised added tax, title, license and small document fee and no fake cleaning fees or supposedly installed glass/paint protections, etc.! Salesman Blake was friendly, and straight forward didn't bother me with forced sales talk. Blake even drove the new car home for me, doorstep service! Rye the Finance guy was also friendly and not overly pushy. He did his job, but stopped pushing when I asked him to. Quick and efficient. Again, great overall experience, I highly recommend the dealership.

Group 1 Kia TomballReviews
Group 1 Kia Tomball review
Xavian was/ is as nice as can be. We knew the make, model, packages, even the VIN, of the car we wanted. He worked diligently and efficiently to get us into our new car. After we drove off the lot, singing his praises, we noticed some chipped paint and adhesive left on the suede of the car. We went back to the dealership, showed him, he took pictures, and escalated it to get fixed. He called the next day for us to drop in whenever we could and he would personally take it to service and wait for it to be repaired. The adhesive is gone and the chipped paint is as good as new. We appreciate him immensely!

Southwest KiaReviews
Southwest Kia review
Our Salesperson was Stephanos. My husband had been looking for a particular Cadillac. We had been to other dealerships that had the one he wanted but was disappointed. My husband seen the Cadillac on Southwest Kia webpage and called about it. He spoke with Stephanos who gave him all the details of the vehicle and even sent him a detailed video. My husband had informed Stephanos about his previous experience and how we have been traveling to far to be disappointed. Stephanos assured my husband that he would not be disappointed. My husband told Stephanos we will be there Friday(7/17/26). We arrived at the dealership Stephanos greeted us and showed us the car. The car was excellent just as Stephanos had told my husband. My husband was very pleased. Stephanos made our purchase a smooth transition and enjoyable. Thank you Stephanos
