CHRIS and marcio were incredible. Their service is beyond beyond even though I didn’t buy the car. It was not because of anything they did, it’s just when I factored in the transportation to the northeast it just didn’t make any sense if I lived within 500 miles of them I would buy from them all the time they are the best of the best whoever trained them also should be commended Joe ct Former new car dealer for 50 years

Great experience from the beginning till the end my Rep check me in right when I pulled up got me a ride home and came and pick me up. He was very friendly knowledgeable, and even went above and beyond when I had a question about the towing capacity for my Kia. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

I had a great experience purchasing my new 2026 Kia Sorento! The entire process was smooth, and I’m really happy with my new vehicle. Sam and the team were so helpful and made sure I understood everything throughout the process . I never felt like I was being rushed, and they worked with me to help make the purchase happen.

I had a fantastic experience leasing my 2026 Kia EV9 from Sand Kia. My salesperson, Gonzo, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. As a parent, it meant a lot that he took the time to show my family the vehicle and even let me take it home to test how well it fit our needs—especially making sure our Wonderfold wagon and car seats worked with the layout. Once my family gave their stamp of approval, I headed back to the dealership and found all the paperwork ready to go. Gonzo made the process seamless, and Sand Kia put together a great lease deal for us. I truly appreciated the thoughtful service and flexibility, and I’d absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Kia!

Going to any dealership - especially for service - can be overwhelming … I often feel I get mistaken for being a child and or portrayed as being naive and sometimes it is reflected in how I’m treated in service driven industries … Recently I took my brand new vehicle in for service and Chris was hands down, one of the best service experiences I have ever had. He was immediately aware and attentive, respectful, extremely easy, comfortable, and authentic to talk to; he made me feel as if I mattered without the slightest threat of any possible hidden agendas, and it’s people like him and interactions like this that remind me there is still good in this world - thank you so so much Avondale Rodeo Kia - you have an amazing staff ! Thank you Chris ! 💜

We purchased our Kia Seltos on 9/17, Shadi Tawil was awesome. He walked us through the entire process, was helpful, kind and considerate. He really cares about his customers, and takes you through the process with ease. The finance guy was very nice and efficient. WE were not in there for hours. I highly recommend Shadi and Rodeo if you are in the market for a Kia. The whole process was 1.5 hours. Thank you all.

Even though we ended up taking a deal at a different dealership the staff and salesman were especially helpful and very informative. We worked with Kaleb And he did great with everything. If you were in the market for Kias, could definitely recommend going to the dealership

Zachary and Sam were absolutely awesome from start to finish! They helped us get into our brand-new 2026 Kia K4 and somehow managed to make the whole car-buying process actually enjoyable, which I’m pretty sure deserves an award by itself. Zachary was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. He answered every question we threw at him, kept everything straightforward, and made sure we were comfortable with the entire deal before we drove off. Buying a car can sometimes feel like you’re preparing for battle, but with Zachary it felt more like hanging out with someone who just happened to know everything about cars and paperwork. 😂 We absolutely love our new K4, and Sam and Zachary played a huge part in making the experience such a good one. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, ask for them. Give these guys a raise before another dealership steals them! 10/10 experience. Would absolutely buy from here again!

Came in to test drive (what I thought) would be a car I wouldn’t be interested in. Left knowing I would be closing a deal within a few days. Worked with Serina…she was great! Between her effort and drive to help me find a car - it made this process very easy. She even went the extra mile (or so) to have a car brought up from another dealership (not so local). Her and her teammates were very nice and a pleasure to do business with.
