Matt and Mike went out of there way to make things work for my new 2024 Kia Sportage. Very professional, no high pressure tactics. Just truly Friendly and helpful helping me find my perfect vehicle Gateway Kia of Quakertown is my place to shop for a Kia! Thanks again for everything!
2026 Kia Sorento review
I absolutely love my new Kia Sorento! It has so many safety features that I actually am saving money on my car insurance with a brand new car! It drives smooth and is just the right size! One feature I didn’t get but would have liked is seat memory but if I don’t let my husband drive, I don’t have to worry about it! Lol 😂 I also wish the head rest were adjustable forward and back. I can’t seem to get my seat comfortable for my back and I’m a bit on the shorter side so the headrest hits a weird spot if I have the seat where I need it for my back. Bad back problems 🙄

Gateway Kia of QuakertownReviews
Gateway Kia of Quakertown review
I am absolutely thrilled with my recent purchase of a 2025 Kia Sorento SX Prestige HEV from Gateway Kia! From the moment I stepped onto the lot, the entire experience was exceptional, and I can't praise them enough. My journey to find the perfect family vehicle led me to Gateway Kia, and I was immediately impressed by their welcoming atmosphere. A special thank you goes to Luiz, who greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine interest in understanding my needs. Luiz greeted me the moment I pulled into the parking lot; I haven't even gotten out of my old car yet! He was incredibly courteous, kind, and remarkably knowledgeable about the Kia Sorento SX Prestige Hybrid. Luiz's expertise was evident as he patiently walked me through all the features of the vehicle, answering every question with clarity and precision. He didn't just try to make a sale; he took the time to ensure I understood everything the Sorento had to offer, from its advanced safety technology to its luxurious interior and powerful performance. He truly made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. My children loved Luiz! The purchasing process itself was surprisingly fast, easy, and completely stress-free. I'd like to emphasize stress-free. In my past experiences with purchasing a car, I've often felt overwhelmed, but this was the complete opposite. Luiz and the finance team at Gateway Kia were incredibly efficient and transparent. They clearly explained all the options, worked with my budget, and there were absolutely no surprises. The whole experience was enjoyable. It was a refreshing change from the typical car-buying experience, and I truly appreciated their straightforward and honest approach. What truly set Gateway Kia apart was Luiz's dedication to customer satisfaction. He went above and beyond to understand my family's needs and priorities. He listened attentively to my concerns about safety, comfort, and fuel efficiency, and he expertly guided me toward the Sorento SX Prestige HEV, which perfectly met all of our requirements. He even helped me explore different financing options to find the best possible rate. I had an appointment at a different dealership down the road afterwards to view the same car, but i didn't think twice to cancel that other appointment; I chose to purchase from Gateway Kia because of their excellence. The Kia I purchased was the exterior color I wanted (dark interstellar gray exterior, with light gray interior) the Kia down the road had the interior blue seat color I wanted (but with a very light silver exterior, I didn't want a light exterior). I'm extremely happy to have compromised on that because I can't imagine buying a car from somebody else. I wish there are more words to describe how amazing the entire Gateway Kia team is. I hope this review exemplifies how outstanding my experience was with this dealership. Now, driving my brand-new Kia Sorento SX Prestige is an absolute dream! I'm so happy with all the features – the panoramic sunroof, the premium sound system, the comfortable leather seats, and the advanced driver-assistance systems. I feel incredibly safe and secure on the road, knowing that my family and I are protected by the Sorento's cutting-edge safety technology. It's a fantastic vehicle that exceeds all my expectations, and I'm so grateful to Luiz and the entire team at Gateway Kia for making this such a positive and memorable experience. I wholeheartedly give them a five-star rating and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Working with Jordan was a pleasure- He listened to my needs and came up with a wonderful deal. I love my new Sportage lease!😀
2026 Kia Sorento review
We bought our 2026 Kia Sorento SX in Sept. 2025. It is equipped with a 2.5-liter, turbo charged engine. We really liked the exterior look of the Sorento. The interior is nicely appointed and comfortable. The engine produces 280 HP, so there is plenty of power when you need it. We are still getting used to the Dual Clutch transmission. It has different characteristics than automatic transmissions in previous vehicles we have owned. The Sorento is comfortable to drive, but there is a lack of road feel that we had to get used to. The dual use toggle switch that controls the climate system and infotainment system can be confusing. We also find there is excessive wind noise when going faster than 40 MPH. In the first 3000 miles we have driven the Sorento, we have one recall for a software problem, and we experienced a dead battery with no apparent cause. Overall, we like the Sorento, but we are concerned about its long-term reliability.

Cass was great and very knowledable about the Sportage I was interested in purchasing. No pressure. Very helpful with the features of the car and showed me how to use all of the electronics! All in all it was a pleasurable experience. I would recommend the dealership and Cass!!!

Service team did an amazing job of scheduling the recall on my 23 Telluride. Service was timely and they looked over every detail to make sure I was satisfied. Definitely the reason I keep going back to purchase new cars at Kia of West Chester!

Kia of West Chester review
I received a most pleasant surprise when I arrived at this dealership in the form of Corenia White my salesperson and it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had purchasing a car (and there have been many cars) She asked all the important questions and boy does she know her product and equally important she believes in what she's selling. I had done my homework and also test drove 2 other car cars and came back to Corenia the same day and purchased a Kia Sportage which i LOVE If you are looking for a car do yourself a favor take a ride to West Chester Kia and ask for Corenia . Nice dealership with nice people A place I will definitely be coming back to Dianne P

Laura Buick GMCReviews
Laura Buick GMC review
As always the experience at Laura Buick GMC was excellent and we could not be happier with the vehicle we purchased. The entire team starting with our sales person went above and beyond to make sure we ended up with the vehicle we wanted at the best price possible. We have bought multiple vehicles from Laura Buick GMC and will continue to buy from them in the future.
