Lia Honda Albany review
I recently visited for a routine oil change and tire rotation, and I would like to commend my service advisor for the outstanding level of service provided. From the initial greeting to the final vehicle handover, the advisor demonstrated exceptional professionalism, clear communication, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction The entire service process was handled in a timely and efficient manner, with the work completed exactly as scheduled and without unnecessary delays. The advisor kept me well informed throughout, explained the services performed, and ensured that all my questions were addressed promptly and thoroughly. Their attention to detail, courteous demeanor, and focus on delivering a positive experience greatly contributed to my overall satisfaction with the visit. It is clear that they take pride in their role and in representing the dealership to its customers I highly recommend this service advisor and will gladly return for future maintenance needs. Their performance reflects the high standards of customer service that are essential in today’s automotive service environment.the people I normally work with are JOE B., JP, And the service advisor I believe is Victory or Vincent. But it’s people like this that make me not worry about going into see them. They are honest

I had a wonderful experience at Saratoga Nissan. The Salesman Bryce Wells took good care of me and my family. He worked hard to take of my needs when car buying. I would recommend Saratoga Nissan to anyone and ask for Bryce. Details matter and he address them. I would definitely buy again. Thank you

Highly recommend this dealership but also recommend Dennis Miller! Dennis helped me out over the phone first to make a deal so that I did not have to drive an hour and wait at the dealership long with my son. He got me the car I wanted for the right price. Highly satisfied and will be going back in three years for my next lease!

They always do a great job at Kia. Marshall was very helpful always telling you what’s best for your car, and he always explains the job before and after the service. Sometimes when I bring my car in I sit there all day, not happy about that. Especially when it was just an inspection that was last year 2025 other then that no problem.😌
2024 Kia Sportage review
Purchased the car over 6 months ago. Loving it so far. Regular gas, lower insurance rates, comfort when driving 4 hours+ trips. Great gas mileage and great in the rain. No issues at all.

2024 Kia Sportage review
I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car

I sold my Kia Soul to Carmax a few months ago. The offer was at the price I was asking on other sites. My Soul had only 33k miles on it but pressures from my mom made me sell it. The offer came via text message and it was a super quick sale. The check was deposited without issues. It was all very smooth.

2024 Kia Sportage review
Our 2024 Sportage X Pro Prestige AWD suv is possibly the best suv we've ever owned. Only owned it 1 month, so really early in the ownership phase. Love the upgraded trim line's interior, the really wide display screen and the wolf gray exterior paint with the black top! Ride is very smooth and the 30.2 MPG average is very acceptable. On the highway only, get closer to 35 mpg. Recommend it to a family of 4 or less. Only downside is that it has much less pep starting out from lights; good thing we are retired and not in a big hurry! LOL

Romeo Kia review
I had a great experience working with Gerry and the team that supports him. My wife and I were looking for specific things in a vehicle and Gerry Gave us very good advice to help us make an even better decision. We never felt like we were being pushed into anything, and even though this dealership is a little far away from where we live, it was well worth it.
