#1 Cochran Kia RobinsonReviews
#1 Cochran Kia Robinson review
To Whom It May Concern, I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Cochran Kia, because it truly made a difference at a time when I felt overwhelmed and out of options. Several years ago, I found myself in a situation where my vehicle could no longer be repaired affordably. I had no choice but to return to the dealership where I had purchased my previous car in West Virginia. As a West Virginia teacher, “robbing Peter to pay Paul” is often a way of life, and unfortunately my credit had taken a hit. The result was frightening—my manageable $300-something payment was projected to jump to nearly $600 just to secure a loan. I was frantic and unsure how I would make it work. Another West Virginia teacher recommended Cochran Used Cars, and that referral changed everything. I decided to make the trip, and I am so grateful that I did. I was treated with respect, understanding, and honesty—and most importantly, I walked away with a brand-new vehicle and a payment that was truly affordable. At a time when I expected to be limited to something unreliable or far beyond my means, Cochran made what felt impossible become possible. That brand-new car exceeded every expectation. It has required no repairs, still looks great inside and out, and gave me peace of mind when I needed it most. I trusted it enough to send my daughter to Florida in my Kia Sportage, and as a result, I am now permanently driving her college runabout, a Nissan Versa. Because of that, I once again find myself in need of a reliable vehicle—and once again, I know exactly where I will go. I am still a West Virginia teacher, only this time I am working a second teaching job to make ends meet, and I need a dealership that understands real people, real numbers, and real life. Cochran has already proven that they can help me get a car that looks like it should be out of my budget—but somehow isn’t. I will be heading back with gratitude and confidence, knowing I will be treated with honesty, fairness, and respect—just as I was before. Sincerely, Lisa Anderson West Virginia Educator

#1 Cochran Kia Robinson review
#1 Cochran once again exceeded my expectations with the service it delivered. My Kia Soul had major engine issues, #1 Cochran led by Zach Teitz went out of its way to provide me with a rental for over two months while the issues were taken care of. My car was returned to me in perfect running condition. It's just the latest example of #1 Cochran taking wonderful care of its customers.
