Dealership is comfortable to wait, and if you walk a short distance there are restaurants close by as well; including a good place called Stats. Work is done well by technicians. Overall very nice people and efficient service. 1 suggestion: you need more signage. Coming in from the Plum Grove entrance I made a good guess that the service bays were on the west end of your campus and just happened to guess correctly. Some signage at the entry points would be most helpful. Also, when I came to pick up my car, I came to the same spot I dropped it off and stood there for a few minutes before a nice person behind the desk (it's hard making eye contact since screens are set high on the desk and block all staff members faces) took pity on me and asked if I was there to pick up my car. He then kindly pointed me to the waiting room door and told me to go left, then walk a bit,and then look for the cashier's sign on the left. The waiting area is lovely but a few signs would be helpful to guide people where they need to go. And perhaps a tip at drop off time that the pick-up point is with the cashier. Just some thoughts.

Even more surprising, he did not try to sale me a much more expensive car, even tho I was clearly interested in it. If you want to find the best car deal tailored for you, I would suggest looking up John, even if you are not interested in buying a Kia!
