Dallas was fantastic to work with. Unlike most car salesmen, he was not pushy and understood that we wanted to shop around a bit. The car itself is fantastic, it was kept in pristine condition and just overall the experience was great and I'll absolutely try to buy from this dealer and, specifically Dallas, again.
I went in to this dealership to replace my old VW. I wasn't totally sure what exactly I wanted. I ended up dealing with Trent and this guy was a great help. He was super cool and patient with me as I looked and debated multiple different cars on the lot and gave me good honest advice as to what he thought I might like based on what I mentioned. Trent was not at all pushy and ultimately helped me find the exact right car for me. I could not be more excited! As for the rest of the team they were just as friendly and helpful. The next problem was my credit. Im a first time buyer with very little credit history. The team here worked very hard for me to get me approved with a much better rate than any other dealer could. At the end of the day, these guys just want to help you get the car of your dreams period. This was a great buying experience for me.
I worked with Travis Brown as my sales associate and he was absolutely amazing. He was very patient while I made my decision on the vehicle I chose. Jimmy was an amazing sales manager and was willing to go above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience with Grand Junction VW. Adam was my finance associate, he was so patient with explaining a lease and then watching me get cold feet and deciding to purchase a vehicle instead. This was the best car buying experience I have had. It was a no pressure situation and everyone there was just super patient and super friendly. You can tell that they really value their customers.

Carey went far and above helping us choose a car. He explained every feature of the Outback (and Forester) and explained all the safety features of the vehicle (which was the main factor in purchasing the car). Very friendly AND knowledgeable is Carey's middle name! We purchased the Outback. Someday we will be back to purchase the Forester! Thank you Carey and Subaru!
We had a good experience, Chance was our salesman. He was very professional and patient with us. He found exactly what we wanted. He did most of it over the phone, the paper work was ready when we came in. Jeremy greeted us, and was very nice and professional. He was there to answer any questions that we had.
Steve helped me find the Jeep I???ve been looking for over a year! He was very helpful as a first time buyer I was nervous but he made it very painless and easy. We will defiantly be going back to Steve for our next car next year!
Steve was so helpful throughought the entire process, including after purchase when the bank needed to follow up. He was available at al times, and even stayed after hours when I dropped my other keys at the dealership to make sure they were returned to me. The whole team was wonderful, including G and Jerry. My wife and were in need of buying a larger vehicle and we needed to sell our Toyota 4-runner first. We were helped by a sales associate by the name of Jeremy Salazar and he made the process extremely smooth and was on the ball with everything. Yesterday we bought our 10th vehicle from Simpson Auto and were reminded exactly how the dealership/buyer experience is supposed to work. For nearly 20 years we have bought many great vehicles from this family-owned business (not one lemon in the lot) as our family's needs changed. We have always been given a fair deal on trade-ins and the prices of their inventory are always more than reasonable. Yesterday we went in for another and, after being greeted by name and offered refreshments, we found ourselves being treated to the deal of a lifetime - plus a bonus we know only comes from the incomparable honesty, loyalty and genuine caring of the Simpson family. Our family will never shop another dealership as long as the Simpson family is still around!
I really enjoyed being able to get a vehicle with them. While the customer service experience could have been a whole lot better. However day two of working with them I had a different sales person to finish helping me and she was amazing.
