I recently brought my vehicle to Kia of Anderson for a routine oil change, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Jessie, my service advisor, was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire visit. He kept me informed, made the process smooth and hassle-free, and ensured everything was completed promptly. The service department was efficient, and my vehicle was ready when promised. It's refreshing to receive such excellent customer care, and I truly appreciate the outstanding experience. I highly recommend Kia of Anderson and especially Jessie for anyone needing vehicle service. Thank you for a job well done!

Kia of Anderson review
I have had work done here and this shop performed as designed. I wound up totaling my automobile where the inspection process was straight forward … no complaints here. Kia of Anderson is always clean and friendly where the waiting room is always nicely kept. A special thank you to Jackson and Jesse . All my needs have been met spectacularly!
2025 Kia Soul review
VERY comfortable car, especially if you like being able to park easily, yet have headroom and not need a crane to lower yourself into your seat. The seats literally hug you. Perfect fit for me, and the dealership was great, no hassle.

Very friendly, unfortunately a long ride to get there. They were very busy, so no one really went over all the features of the truck with us. I am very pleased overall with my new truck and finding it on cars.com.

2010 Kia Soul review
I bought a rarity - a used 96k miles Soul with a manual transmission and a sunroof. Kia didn't make that combination as a rule, but I bought their Special Edition. It is so easy, comfortable and pleasurable to drive. The cargo space is generous. Underneath it is an organizer toolbox - also generous. Shifting is a breeze.

2023 Kia Soul review
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

Don Edward best service rep I’ve ever dealt with. Has taken care of my problems two times quickly and efficiently. Even got my problem taken care of on a Friday afternoon!
2020 Kia Soul review
This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

Fred Anderson Kia of GreenvilleReviews
Fred Anderson Kia of Greenville review
Exceptional customer service is easy when everything goes according to plan. The real measure of an organization is how its people respond when things become difficult. Fred Anderson Kia of Greenville demonstrated that standard. My mother’s Chevrolet Equinox required extensive and complicated repairs over an extended period. Because she lives in South Carolina and I live in Iowa, I coordinated much of the process remotely. Chris Kirby in the Service Department provided consistent communication, professionalism, honesty, compassion, and persistence throughout the entire process. This was not a simple repair situation. Chris continued working through the issues, kept me informed, coordinated with the technicians and others involved, and treated my mother and her vehicle with genuine care. His commitment made an extremely stressful situation manageable for our family. People. Performance. Persistence. Customer Care. My family sincerely appreciates Chris Kirby and Fred Anderson Kia of Greenville for the professionalism and commitment shown to my mother throughout this experience - Mel
