The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

Bought it based on father's review of his happy to say I'm glad I went with it great vehicle with great fuel mileage. Plenty of leg room as I'm very tall and came with great options.

I went to AutoNation Toyota in Fort Myers, Florida (Loyal Customer for over seven years) to buy a car since my Corolla LE was costing me a lot of money to maintain, after 19 years. I was directed to Sale Rep. Alba, who helped me tremendously in finding a vehicle that I would be comfortable with my family to ride in. My first pick was the Grand Highlander XLE AWD, which I put a down payment on February 2025, but it was taking so longer for Toyota to fill the allotment of this order (I was told that Toyota was backlogged in making the vehicle I wanted and was only sending them the Grand Highlander Limited, which is 8,000.00 more than my budget allows). So I continued to wait with Sale Rep. Alba, who kept in touch with me and letting me know whats going on. If I didn’t hear from her then I would call her. She answered all my questions patiently and advised me if I didn’t want to spend anymore money on the current vehicle I own, and she wasn’t aware when Toyota will send the vehicle I ordered, then maybe I should look into another vehicle that is being produced at this time. Finally, after waiting so long for this vehicle, for some unknown reason Toyota won’t produce, I decided to go with the Rav4 XLE Premium. I’m glad that I went with the RAV4 XLE Premium it’s a decent car, not as big as the Grand Highlander, but roomy. I love the safety features on this vehicle which reminds me of my Corolla LE, which I also loved and had to give it up. But through the up and downs of waiting and finally purchasing and getting the vehicle I need, Sale Rep Alba was there through it all. I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

I was selling my car. They gentleman that helped me (Reggie as I remember) was so kind. He was on point with everything very well versed in his field. More then that he was fun to talk to it was more like having a friend there with me then a car Max employee.

Bought used with 86000 miles. No motor issues except when I got bad gas twice. Biggest complaint like others, the mirrors start buzzing and won't shut off. Raineys Auto pulled wire on left one, suppose to order one, that was 2 or 3 years ago. Never had 1 in stocks for next 8 months. Now the right ones doing it. Only real complaint. I think my AC pulley or belt is loose a little noisey but not like that freightrain mirror. I think mirrors are a quality issue. But I do have 237,000 miles now. So for the most part I would give it a good 4.3. It's actually more comfortable that my Mitz. Outlander was.

I purchased my 2019 Kia Soul with 52,000 miles on it in April last year. I now have 62,000 on it now. It looks good and drives great. No problems so far. Nice car.

Hertz was my first stop of the day for car shopping. I had checked their website and saw a great selection of cars. My salesman was Chuck, who did an outstanding job as we test drove multiple vehicles before I found the one. From there it was easy, chuck kept me informed throughout the day on the status of the vehicle and when it would be ready to be picked up. I would recommend buying your car from chuck at hertz.

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

After driving my GF's 2020 Soul Xline and her mother's 2020 Ex round trip from Arizona to Wisconsin I decided to buy a 2023 Soul Ex for myself and my GF's also purchased a new one. I'm 6'3" and am comfortable driving cross country, the car is smooth and doesn't have the horrible road noise associated with smaller FWD vehicles. The soul is a fun to drive great value vehicle. After 10 months and 10K miles I've had zero Issues and am extremely happy with my soul.

The day before coming into this location I went to another dealership. I was extremely disappointed because I felt as though the salesman wasn’t being truthful or sincere. When I came to Gettle Hyundai I met Ami and he was fantastic! He managed to get me into a 2022 car. I have never had a new vehicle. The entire vibe at the Gettle dealership felt welcoming and friendly! Please go see Ami if you need a new car! He is upfront and honest and you won’t be disappointed.

I count on my car to get me from here to there, comfortably. The Kia Soul is roomy with all the controls logically and conveniently laid out. I'm not going to take it to track day any time soon. But sometimes I catch myself almost truly enjoying my commute. It's everything I require out of a commuting vehicle (and an occasional long haul ride) - and it's nothing I don't need.
