Horne Kia review
I flew in from out of state to buy a used car from Horne Kia. Their communication throughout the whole process was quick and clear, and they took really good care of me. The salesmen (Chris Bertone and Josh Galvan) and finance manager (Brandon Oliver) were all very kind and willing to help me find a deal in my price range. They gave me a ride from the airport to the dealership and the purchasing process was quick an easy. The car condition was exactly as advertised, and I'm very happy with the purchase. The only negative surprise in the process was learning that the dealership performs $2k of upgrades to their inventory before listing them for sale, but they don't include that cost in the listing price. The upgrades include new window tinting and a protective paint coating. Those are great things to have, but not things I would've chosen to pay for. I felt a little misled when the $26k internet price that I inquired about was actually $28k before taxes because of mandatory upgrades that they had already performed. Again, I know that window tinting and paint coating are valuable, and maybe really common for Arizona customers in particular. I just would have appreciated a little more pricing transparency on the listing. Overall though it was a positive sales experience! I was looking for a very specific make, model, and trim, and when their listing came up with everything I was looking for it wasn't a deal breaker to work through the logistics out-of-state buying and the additional upgrade fees. I would certainly come back in the future if I was looking for another car!

2024 Kia Carnival review
I've had this car since I leased it when it was brand new. Just converted the lease to buying it. The car is roomy and has all the options you could ask for. The car is comfortable and does verywell on gas mileage on the highway.

Ken Garff Kia Bell Road review
Once again I highly recommend you see Richard and Johnson when you go. Congratulations to Richard on getting promoted since the last time I purchased a new 2022 Kia K5 in 2022. Once again, the customer service was lit. The way Richard and Johnson were honest and patient with me was amazing. I am very happy with my new 2025 Kia Sportage SX Prestige FWD in Wolf Gray. If you want Chick-fil-A or Disney customer service ask for Richard or Johnson. I will be back in 2028 to upgrade to a Kia Telluride. Thank you both for making it happen for me. Also shout-out to the finance manager Brandon for being great to work with as well. Communication with this dealership is on point.
2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

American Motors review
I was interested in a particular car and reached out to see if it was still available. I was assured it was, but when we got there it had been sold. They offered me another car, same year and model with less miles. They dropped the price to match the other car. Runs great and my Grandson is very happy with it.
2014 Kia Sedona review
I bought the 2014 Kia Sedona used in 2018 and I pretty much love it except for the dashboard controls. They are not user friendly or intuitive (for the driver to understand). I dread having to put the defogger and defroster on because I have to wait until I'm at a stop light or someplace where I can take the time to figure out which buttons and dials to push and turn, find the symbols on dashboard, etc. Maybe it's partly because I need reading glasses and I can't wear them while driving, but still. This is the only car I've owned where I had such a hard time using the dashboard controls. There are just too many. I also just tried pairing my cell phone with the Sedona's bluetooth so I would be able to use the hands-free phone calling feature, but it just kept telling me "pairing failed" over and over and I have no idea why. I just gave up because I have zero patience with that kind of stuff. It's hard enough to get the heat or AC to the right temperature and coming out of the desired vents, there's no way I will be able to get the phone feature to work. Don't even get me started on the windshield wiper situation. omg I also wish it got better gas mileage. I mainly drive around town with some brief highway driving and I usually get around 18 mpg. It is great for camping if you take out the middle seats and fold down the rear seats, you can make it into a mini-campervan. That was the main reason I bought it. It also is great for hauling stuff with all the seats down/removed. Oh, and speakers for the audio system are awesome!
