I don't buy cars very often & am somewhat intimidated by the expected high pressure sales process. Not the case here. I had done my homework & was ready to buy a specific car when I arrived. The price was right, the terms agreeable, the location conveniently close to home, the people friendly & informative. Maureen,Todd & the nice fellow from New Zealand made this a painless experience & took care of my needs almost before I knew what they were.These folks are an efficient & personable team. Not once did I feel rushed or "handled". They were accommodating to my requests & took care of the paperwork swiftly. I'd definitely consider buying from these guys again.

They were $4000 less than the lowest competitor on the same type of car. It was fast, friendly and easy. We live across the bridge in Washington and it's about 20 minutes to get there and well worth the drive. I'm telling everyone to go there and save:)

I had been car searching for five weeks due to my auto dying beyond expensive repair. I had been fortunate to happen upon Kyle Moderhak at Hertz, Portland. He was exceptional, and a wonderful breath of fresh air. If it were not for his knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous manner I would not have purchased from Hertz. Kyle brought me directly to the auto which fit the parameters I had presented to him. He did not try to up-sell another auto, as others had. He remained calm, and did not hover, ingratiating himself. The salesman was nice, but the office staff, especially the two women in the office were extremely nice, and easy to deal with. They knew ht they were doing, and were very knowledgeable. Yes, I would purchase a car from them again. only if the two women in the office would handle my transaction!! They really are professional, and a joy to deal with!!

I had a very good experience purchasing a used Nissan Frontier from Steve and Sons Auto Sales. I had been searching for quite awhile for a decent small truck to replace my full size gas guzzler. So I spotted the Nissan on Cars.com where I was casually looking at vehicles that were in good shape and a price that would fit my budget. In initially spoke with Rick. Then Gus stepped in while Rick was on his days off. We took care of 95% of the transaction online. The process took a week to get everything in order. Rick and Gus were easy and fair to work with. They gave me a fair price for my trade in. I’m super happy with the Nissan Frontier and I would recommend Steve and sons auto sales to anyone in and around Portland Oregon.

I want to give a huge thank you to Jeremy "808" and his boss Kiyoshi at Kendall Ford Vancouver!! Ive had my new truck for a couple weeks now and couldn't be happier! This is my 100% honest review of my experience.. I viewed a 2018 Nissan Frontier that Kendall had advertised online. I sent inquiry, Jeremy responded via text almost immediately. We soon spoke over the phone, I explained my situation of negative equity in my current car and a low fixed income. I really pushed the fact that it has to be the right deal.. right payment, right vehicle or I wouldnt bite. Jeremy assured me that if I would make the trip in, he'd be able to make the deal I needed/wanted. To be honest, I was skeptical.. heard it before just to get the run around or a bad deal. To my very pleasant surprise, "808" did exactly what he promised! Before I arrived he and Kiyoshi had already discussed a few options for me. First option was a really good deal but more then what I needed.. I wanted mid-size crew cab truck. Again, first truck (chevy silverado 4x4 zr1) was beautiful and a great deal but more than I needed. I honestly figured this would be the moment it would all fall down and id leave with no new deal and frustrated.. just the opposite happened! They brought out my dream truck! A beautiful black Nissan Frontier SV! So this would be the point now to get me excited, stick me with a ridiculous price and high payments right?? Wrong again! They swallowed 6k of negative equity on my trade in and still sold me the Frontier for 1k under blue book! The truck also qualified for Kendalls free 6 month power train warranty so no worries that I was getting a great deal on a bad truck.. I absolutely love my truck, I have zero buyers remorse, kept the same payment as my trade in, cleaned up a ton of negative equity and now have a vehicle that will retain its resale value long after I get my use out of it. Derrick in the service department was nothing but incredible to work with. He was professional, thorough, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Although Ron Tonkin Acura is going through a remodel they have their processes down to where things are still very smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended this store if you’re looking for good customer service and quality work.
