I previously owned the 2011 Sorento. Loved it so much, that I put 175,000 miles on it. I upgraded to the 2019 Sorento. Love the heated seats, dual climate control, the 3rd row will be nice when I have a car full of people, and I love the backup camera.

A special shout out to Jordan in service who makes it a pleasure to get service work done! Very professional on all levels, courteous, fast and efficient. The facilities are very clean, waiting area is nice and they do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it.

This car is great. It does so much ,and it does so much more than you expect a 2013 car to do. Also, it was already used and works as if it were brand new.
I am so impressed by true professionalism at this service center. I have trust in their suggestions. From the scheduling of my serivce to discussion about repairs, these huys clearly know how to get the job done!

This car has body damage however the interior is in mint condition, still smells new. Unused floor mats. Always kept floor liners so original carpet is also in excellent condition. I was told by body shop that he could get two doors for about $800.
Matt and Jim at Van Horn Nissan made the car buying experience pleasant. Great work guys! Will definitely be back for my next purchase. Thank you.

The ride is on par with other vehicles in its class and the power is surprising. Handles well for a larger vehicle. Plenty of room for passengers or cargo with fold down back seats. Lots of hands free features that keeps the drivers hands on the wheel for radio and phone. Best minivan I've owned to date.
Glen was very friendly and professional. When my fiancé and I found a car on the lot we liked we agreed to a reasonable price. What a refreshing experience! no pushy salesmen here! We had to wait a few days after a car accident to receive payment from the insurance and insurance to pay our bank, We knew the car we wanted and Westside Service was patient instead of pushy like most of the other dealerships we had visited. We were very impressed and are very happy with my new car! I glady recommend Westside Service to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Comfortable heated seats. Interior upholstery stays clean. Back up screen is so helpful, especially in mall parking lots. Lots of leg room available in rear seats. Plenty of cargo room in rear.
Super reliable! It has been parked outside in Indiana for the past five years through boiling summers and freezing winters. It has only failed to start one time and that was because I needed a new battery. It has tons of pickup. So much I feel like I can beat a corvette when the light turns green! Easy to drive and comfortable enough for my family. We got a basic model to save $, but it is well designed. I've driven it to work since we bought it new both long (1 hour) and short (10 minute) commutes. We have also take it on 5 vacations over 700 miles one way. If I ever buy another van, I will get another Sedona because of the great experience with this one. The only thing I've had trouble with is associated with winter outside parking. When I pull on the door, not knowing that it is frozen shut, it may slightly jar enough to for the door sensor to think the door is open. After climbing in through the passenger door, which never freezes because it is next to the house, we have to drive five or ten minutes until the car warms up with the ding ding ding of the door-open alert on. That is so annoying, but a fellow outside parker told me to reach in the passenger side first, start the car and go back inside for 10 minutes before trying to open the potentially previously frozen driver door. Lol. What a genius!
I've had the distinct pleasure of working with Pete Edwardson at Stevens Point Honda since 2006 when I bought a Honda Pilot. I later bought a 2014 Honda Accord and most recently a 2017 Honda CRV from Pete. Pete went beyond just selling me cars, he reached out by building a memorable experience with his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine caring.
The same can be said for Kelly Peterson in the Service department. I took the 2006 Honda Pilot in to have a trailer hitch installed so we could pull a UTV. He impressed me immediately with his knowledge of cars and professionalism. He also worked to build a trusting relationship once we established we'd both lived in and loved South Dakota.
We'll be moving soon to be closer to our daughter and grand kids, and I will miss these two gentlemen, their professionalism, knowledge, and sincere caring about customer service.
KIA Sportage - great vehicle for the money

The base 2.4L GDI engine has plenty of pep. The vehicle rides well fully loaded (no change in suspension, handling, acceleration, etc). I would recommend this vehicle to anybody looking for a compact SUV (who has no need for a third row of seating).
My only frustration has been the difficulty of adding fog lamps. There is no wiring harness provided from the factory. This makes it impossible to have a true factory installation integrated into the steering wheel controls. It also makes an aftermarket installation expensive, as well.
I was pleased with the service I received from Matt the salesman I was working with. My disappointment came after the purchase was completed. First they didnt bother to put any gas in the tank, I did test drive it with the fuel light on but thought that they would put some fuel in should the sale go through. Then driving home the tire check light came on. I also happened to discover that an oil change was due on the vehicle as it was at only 30%. My disappointment is in the lack of attention to the small details. Makes me wonder what else may have been overlooked. I ended up bringing it to my local dealer and having everything checked there. Although I really did like working with Matt I'm not sure I would recommend or go back there.

Was reluctant to purchase a Kia, but after driving it I am very pleased with the handling of the car, the interior is comfortable and roomy and purchasing regular gas has put more money in my pocket. Love My Kia

One thing after another...rear camera went bad, had to spend over $200 for a headlight, now rusted bolt caused a turbo failure...quoted $3000 to fix...car cost $32000...developed rust on side of car in under 5 years and Kia refused to cover it...called it a paint issue that was only warranteed for 3 years...every month, its something .else
Brickner's had the exact Jeep I was looking for; and they met my offer spot on. Their internet salesman and the sales woman we dealt with were great. And the finance person got us the best rate and was very explanatory. Brickner's of Wausau is top notch in my book.

Great third row seating (planning for grandkids). Very durable leather seats. Front seats are heated. Great cargo area. Ergonomically everything is well located from the driver's seat. Runs quiet with little to no cabin noise. Shifts smoothly with plenty of power.
