I went in for routine maintenance and a minor repair. Service department folks from the desk to the mechanic on the job were, as always, courteous and pleasant. While waiting for work to be done I wandered out to look at vehicles. Had a nice chat with Mr. Poulin and my trusty salesman Aristedes. We talked about a potential trade and once Aristedes and I found the truck I wanted, he immediately went to work for me. Deals are always made with the customer's interest in mind. Our last 3 vehicles, and most likely the next 3, will come from Poulin.

It is a great car, my uncle drove it in the west hamptons in New York to the beach. Very fun when the roof is not there.

This is our second Jeep from Poulin. Our salesman, John Riordan is a great guy to deal with. The service department is excellent to deal with and is a big reason we came back for our second Jeep from Poulin. I would highly recommend Poulin.

Have owned Jeeps for 35 years. This is the most comfortable ever. Altitude 4x2 L, V6, avg. 19-24 MPG. Tow up to 8,000. 6 passenger with 2 fold downs in back. Paid 34k with 18k miles

Aristedes was the only person that really knew the Jeep; he was the only one to point out there are radio controls on the backside of the steering wheel. Aristedes no pressure knowledge about the vehicle approach makes him the best car shopping experience ever. When I heard Poulin was being Key I called looking to find out if I was going to want this new dealership...there were three things I wanted to know...is Aristedes still there? Cuz my car salesperson is more like a friend and I can still call and ask him anything. Is Jeremy there? Cuz when you can actually look forward to talking to your service guy he is something special. Do I still have Jill? My powerhouse technician that makes tossing my wheels around look easy (trust me the guys will tell you it’s not) and meticulous attention to detail makes my the customer side of getting your car serviced simple. I am 45 minutes away from them and I always take my Jeep back because I don’t want to deal with anyone else.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Kevin Berry did an excellent job as always and communicated the results clearly. Logan Carney did a very good job with updates on progress and status of when the car would be ready.

Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

I did an extensive research on Japanese SUV’s and I kept coming back to the Mazda CX5. This vehicle is beautiful inside and out and is amazingly smooth and quiet. It also has really good handling and plenty of power even with the 4 cylinder. I think Mazda gives the best bang for the buck of all the Japanese car brands. I highly recommend the Mazda CX5.

I was constantly in the loop as to what was happening with the car by text message or phone call. I really appreciate that. And the service department really bends over backwards to accommodate regarding information, loaner, cars, etc.

I HATE is the warning 'Place Two Hands On Wheel' as it goes off even when I have both hands on the wheel - No matter where I place my hands on the wheel it goes off. Since it is connected to the Lane Departure feature in order to not have to hear a constant warning alarm for Two Hands on Wheel I have to turn off the Lane Departure feature (which I love).

Saw the truck I wanted, made an appointment vis phone for the next day. I was in and out in just a few hours with a trade in and financing. Great experience.

Runs smooth. Very comfortable. Always loved the Jeep brand so this was a natural upgrade. Love the options too. The adaptive cruise control is amazing.

It all started with a phone call to your dealership and Barry answered the phone and from there we had an hour drive Barry had what we were looking for and held it for us he then turned us on to another car sales man in sorry I lost his card but he was great as well. I would for sure recommend this dealership. We bought a new car and felt satisfied with all that worked with us to get it done. Thank you all.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Very helpful salesman and finance manager. Whole deal was closed with a test drive in one and a half hours. I will check here first when buying a vehicle again.

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

Great as usual Kevin B. is the best master mechanic that people travel from other states to see. Will the service adviser is equally as good at servicing and comunication.

2021 LT Trail Boss has great styling, powerful engines, and tons of technology in a great package. A commanding view of the road, a nice comfortable interior, amazing Bose Stereo system, tons of storage and tons of space for adults in the crew cab. But there are issues, side mirrors are too small, harsher ride (which I expected), and DFM, GDI engines, and questions on the 10 speed transmissions. I recommend disabling DFM ASAP or using the L9 trick to overide the system, to help prolong the life of the engines from lifter failure. Mine is under warranty for another 18K miles, if it acts up at all its into the dealership for warranty service.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Eight years in my Ford truck. I love it. I looked at GM trucks (Chevy & GMC), still nowhere nears as comfortable as a Ford. Yes I’ve had all the known issues but carried warranties for my truck so transmission has been overhauled. Cam phasers twice (Covered by Ford one and Warranty 2nd time). Just overhauled the front end (bushings, control arm assembly, etc…). Truck still runs like new and rides even better now than when I bought, she is finally broken in and I love my truck. For taller drivers like me, Ford is way to go. Ford has more cabin space than any other truck out there. Ford trucks have the best styling and more towing capacity than anything else in the mkt. Next truck will either be a Raptor or F-250 super duty.

Honestly I was just looking around at cars the the next thing I know I was talking to Big Mike. He was great I had to change my pick up day at a moments notice because of my job and he was very accommodating!!

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.
