I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon in service at Herb Chambers Jaguar, and I can't recommend him highly enough! After purchasing a vehicle through online, I found myself in a bit of a predicament when an issue arose with my car. The hassle of dealing with a third-party warranty was already daunting, but when I discovered that the warranty online car service claimed was valid had actually expired, I felt overwhelmed. They just use carfax for their data. However, my experience at Herb Chambers Jaguar completely turned that around. Brandon and the team were incredibly professional and understanding. The dealership's manager went above and beyond, allowing for a diagnostic despite the warranty situation, which truly eased my worries. When the coolant light indicator came on, I knew I had to address it immediately, and I'm so glad I went to Jaguar. Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. If you're looking for a dealership that knows the ins and outs of their business and has a great team, look no further than Herb Chambers Jaguar. I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

2017 Land Rover Range Rover review
I have owned an Audi A8, a 2017 BMW 740d XDrive MSport and a long time ago a Jaguar XJR. I now have a second hand 2017 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SD V8. I also own a 2003 LandRover Defender TD5. I traded the BMW because i preferred driving the defender most of the time. The Range Rover is a bit like taking the defender and mating it with the BMW....although I would say the BMW does not come close to the RR in terms of material quality. The Range Rover has the commanding driving position I so like in my Defender. And like the Defender it so easy to place on the road because you can see where the corners are (simples). However unlike the Defender you do not need to visit a chiropractor after a long journey it is supremely comfortable (equal or better than the BMW. The boot is massive (50% bigger than the BMW and you can fold the seats down on top of that) + it has a full size spare (no run-flats here). The car is a dream to drive with loads of driver aids. The only negative is I do miss having a physical control (iDrive) for the infotainment - I am not a fan of touch screens in cars. I am getting use to the voice control which is helping me stay away from the touch screen. The only thing it is not is a Sports car.

If I could give 10 stars I would!!! I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used Porsche, and the entire experience has exceeded every expectation I had. Despite the car being located in Boston, I was initially hesitant about the logistics of having it delivered all the way to Indiana. But the dealership went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. Timothy Klingenberger specifically was a DREAM to work with and someone I now call a true friend. He had my best interest in mind from start to finish. I can’t usually say that about any car dealership. Tim provided detailed photos and videos of the car, ensuring I could make an informed decision from a distance. The condition of the Porsche was exactly as described, and when it arrived, it was even better than expected—immaculate, with every feature working flawlessly. It was clear that the car had been meticulously cared for, and the quality of the vehicle far surpassed anything I’ve ever experienced in a used car. Not to mention and without my asking Tim included a second key fob at no additional ask or charge to ensure I had two as it would have come with when purchased new. The delivery process itself was smooth and efficient. The car arrived on time, in pristine condition, and with a full inspection report included. It was evident that the team cared about customer satisfaction and that they were willing to put in the extra effort to ensure I was thrilled with my purchase. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and customer care Tim gave me from start to finish. I’ve owned several high-end cars, but this was by far the most seamless and satisfying purchase I’ve ever made and I can be picky. During my search for my next vehicle I recalled the hassle of buying a vehicle. I read the reviews on Drum Hill website. I was pleasantly impressed. Especially the reviews that mentioned John. I’m a very skeptical person and is cautious what I read especially on someone’s own website. I had already seen a vehicle that I was quite interested in. It was time to test the validity of these reviews. I was treated incredibly well and you could feel that they weren’t doing a song and dance. When I typically ask a car salesman about something on a vehicle, it seemed at time they would be squirming. Not here and especially not with John! I don’t like using an explanation mark but I had to in this case. The most impressive thing was being in the background while he was with a customer. He had zero to hide! He would insist to customers to take the vehicle to the manufacturers and have them inspect it before they buy it. You could tell in his voice that he was truly looking out for your best interest! He has been in the business for some 35 years and his knowledge is impeccable. From a vehicle’s options and what they do. Financing, recalls, different state laws and so much more! You can tell as there is zero hesitation when he speaks. I like you, maybe right now, this does sound to good to be true. Like John would say, “Challenge me and I am 100 % positive, my word is the most important thing to me”. I have one more explanation point left. I say to you “Take my word in believing Auto Hill autos”. It’s a must check before completing your search!
2014 Land Rover Range Rover review
I am on my 3rd Range Rover--2000,2010,2014. In enjoy the Land Rover for all the quality built in for enjoyment of the ride. I enjoy off road and Winter driving in 4 wheel ,air lift,and 500hp.

2021 Land Rover Range Rover review
i have test driven 5 2020 LRRR over the past year and i have owned 2 2011 LRRR so i made it my new year's pact to stick with one vehicle for the rest of my life and i have made the choice to go into 2021 with the 2021 LRRR i can honestly say not just from owning / test driving but seeing as i am 39% british i know LAND ROVER is one SUV that won't quit or ever let the owner down yes their are stylish and luxurious but they are top shelf quality and safety so if you want the best SUV on the planet GO FOR LAND ROVER and also if you don't mind the MSRP but trust me it is worth everything KUDOS TO MY FELLOW LAND ROVERIANS and GOOD LUCK to those who are in the market 12 / 30 / 2020 is when i found my forever ride

2019 Land Rover Range Rover review
I love love love this my Range Rover Supercharged. I will never get a different SUV ever again. I have owned Cadillacs, BMWs and a Mercedes and this Range Rover beats them all. The comfort level is superior, the performance is excellent and it is SO pretty.

I was given a 2025 Discovery as alternate transportation which I much appreciated. Brendan was super apologetic towards the delay in securing my part. 2017 Land Rover Range Rover review
I have the LWB version and purchased used under CPO warranty. It is loaded, we left no option box unchecked, and the comfort/refinement of the interior, supercharged V8, and ride are nothing short of stellar. Buying used and under warranty afforded an opportunity to buy relatively new at half the cost with confidence. Whether running errands in town, or traveling longer distances, it never fails to put a smile on my face while driving. There are certainly less expensive options, but nothing that came close to offering the same experience and motoring heritage of Land Rover. Arguably, it was introduction of the 1987 Range Rover to US soil that birthed our "obsession" with SUVs. Highly recommend.

First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.
