I’ve had it less than a year and have had to replace the engine with a brand new engine the 8 months later find out it needs a turbo charge that has gone out! I hate this vehicle and will never buy or recommend any Range Rover vehicles
Paul Gifford, Cody, and Shawna Coyle, are absolutely the best at what they do. Great work ethics, personable, great understanding of his customers needs, and great situational awareness. My observation of Paul the few times I???ve worked with him has been exceeding expectations. Thanks Paul for all your help. Cody is a great guy and a knowledgeable and a talented mechanic. Shawna is great at what she does, personable, and at understanding her customers needs as well.

Made the mistake of buying two . 2017, 2016. Both been to dealer so many times we count. Have to wait for weeks to get them in for appointment. Only dealer in Edmonton. 2016 front wheels bearing replace, trammison valve Body replacement, two injectors replace, engine codes , water in taillights replacement two times. Still have bad transmission lag. The car making a turn it start rolling then nothing for three to five seconds like it is in neutral . It get worse in colder weather. It only has 16000 kms on it. 2017 battery replace. It was at dealer three time for the Electrical problem . Six months to diagnose the battery replacement. Roof trim coming off. The nav system died had to go in for up date. They gave me a new Jaguar for a loaner for two weeks it had electricity problems with it when I had it radio stop working😂😂. The are every costly to service . Oil change around $600.00.First year $900.00 the second they need to change brake fluid. 9000 Km on the 2017

I have owned this car for six months and in the shop 4 times. Not a reliable vehicle! Comfortable ride, nice interior. Controls are nice when working, screens are very glitchy.
From the first moment I walked into the show room the folks at Land Rover Flatirons took great care of me. Colin found exactly the car I wanted and helped me understand everything there was to know about the Velar. There was never any pressure and Colin was very patient with me as I tried to decide if the Velar was the car for me. Colin was very professional and great to work with. If you're in the market for a Land Rover, Flatirons is where you need to go and Colin is who you need to work with.
Rides well for a truck based SUV!

Love the classic box, utilitarian look of this vehicle. Too bad they retired this model and replaced it with a Ford Explorer look-a-like! Test drove this vehicle in off road mode and it handled really well. Such a stable vehicle. Now just gotta find a model in the right color with heavy duty package!
Nick was absolutely the best to work with. I enjoyed my transaction very much and he did everything he promised. Process was easy, no games. The dealership is beautiful and the follow up has been wonderful. I will refer everyone to them.

I have owned 5 Land Rover vehicles, this is my second RR Sport. I would never own any other vehicle. All other luxury SUV pale in comparison and design. Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Lexus, Infinity are all a joke. I’m hooked for life.
My wife and I were interested in various Range Rover models, and Patrick made the experience both enjoyable and non-pressure filled. We came on a Saturday afternoon, and the team stayed behind past closing hours to make sure the experience was first class - Patrick even stayed an hour after close to make sure he could answer any questions on the car we purchased before we left. Great customer service!

Love it! The style and design make this is a real head turner! Drives like a sports car but can take you anywhere you want to go.
Superb and attentive sales force! I was considering other high end vehicle options and this dealership totally sold me on purchasing a Mercedes. In short they did their job very well.

I traded an Audi RS5 for a Range Rover Supercharged Sport Dynamic and while it is not a sports car it is a really fun vehicle to drive. Lots of power, especially for an SUV. While I understand they are lighter than their predessors I love the heavy feel of the car. I especially love the styling, mine is black on black with dark grey wheels and red brake calipers.
Due to our sales rep we had a very positive experience at your dealership. Adam was very knowledgeable about the car and very accommodating with our schedules. He was very patient and answered all our questions in depth. We would recommend your dealership and Adam without hesitation

Brought a used 2018 Velar S 5000 miles on it. there were a couple of issues I had with squeaks and rattles, got rid of them by raising and lowering the windows, not sure what was causing them though. also got rid of some by reclining the back seats all the way back that stop some as well. I did have the screen go dark a couple of times, but once I restarted it, they came back up. keep having an issue with the connectivity when using bluetooth and the Pandora app on my phone, usually if I connect it comes back up. there is an issue with a low vibration that I have coming from the door area, when I hit a bump at low speeds, not sure what's causing that, but will have it looked at later. so far the car has been ok, Just would like not to have the squeaks and rattles and vibrations. at this point I'm not sure, if i will be a repeat buyer, PS I also had issues with LEXUS and BMW
Found a suv that I was interested in online with cars. com. It was as dealer advertised. Matt Meakin was my salesman and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from him again. Cape Fear Land Rover is a great dealership.

Encore service won't come to house to set it up. I am a senior and all this tech. is too must for me to do after reading manual. It is complicated.
Even with corporate involved. Dealers are all independent. Mercedes did come to house and set-up car and I bought Mercedes used, this one is brand new!
Drove around 45 miles to pick up our new SUV. They had the best deals and even had the car PA inspected and full tank of gas. I’ve had Mercs and Beemers and never had this type of service. Very pleased and will definitely deal with again if picking up another Land Rover.

INCREDIBLE EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR DESIGN.
BIG ENOUGH FOR 3 PEOPLE SITTING IN THE BACK SIT.
I ALSO LOVE PANORAMIC ROOF.
We were in a bind when our brakes wore down to nothing while on a road trip. Sean was attentive and helpful from the get go. He was able to accommodate us right away and work swiftly to get us new brakes and tires and get us back on the road in no time. His pricing was fair and he and the service crew worked through lunch to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. We are very grateful that they took such good care us and kept us comfortable while we waited. Thank you Sean and to all the service guys who got this done so efficiently. We are very grateful!

The service dept at Jaguar Southampton is always personal, helpful and attentive. My car was serviced on time and I was provided transportation. I find their prices to be very reasonable and I do not have to wait a long time when making an appointment. I have been very satisfied with the work and the way I was treated.
I have a 2003 Jaguar XJ8 I had a reapir on the engine and the car now runs with all the power and acceleration when it was new. I always go the this Jaguar for service.

I have only had my Range Rover for a short time but I love it. Very smooth ride and the interior is very luxurious. Was considering the supercharged V8 but the V6 has plenty of power, especially mid range. I have owned Tahoe’s, suburbans, Escalades, denalis and the quality and workmanship of the Range Rover is unsurpassed. I bought mine certified preowned which I would definitely recommend when buying a used one!
