I hate leaving reviews but car dealers have a excessive desire for them, made apparent by the numerous emails requesting them. So, here it is?. Overall it was a positive experience. Our salesman was friendly and personable. He answered the questions we threw at him and we communicated via text after leaving the dealership. The buying process was quick and easy especially since we paid with cash. It was a used car that we bought and there were some lights that were burnt out but that didn?t bother me because I replaced them all with newer brighter ones. Really my only gripe was that we only received one key fob with the car. We discovered this when we were finalizing the deal. So right out of the gate I have to take the time to have one made for an additional two to three hundred dollars. They did tell me that they have a guy that comes around and makes them at the dealership. My question is why didn?t they do that already? No dealership should sell a car without supplying two keys. I?m still leaving a five star review because the buying process was a pleasure and everyone involved was great to deal with. I?ll definitely consider them in the future for my next car purchase.

I went to Capital Toyota with the idea of buying a new car. However, after working with Brandon Dale I decided to purchase a previously owned RAV4 Hybrid. Dale (as he goes by) was the reason! He was genuine, funny, knowledgeable and did not (I mean DID NOT) push me in any way to buy a car immediately. He had me drive the car I eventually bought and also a new one. He let me make all the decisions and was actually the nicest young man I have ever encountered at a car dealership. After the sale he helped me with the technology of setting CarPlay up and then one more time when I came back and had more technology questions. I can’t say enough how much I enjoyed the experience of working with Dale. He gives ”used car salesmen” a very bad rap. Lol He was the epitome of genuine and easy going. Thanks, Dale, for helping me choose a car I love!
2025 Land Rover Defender review
I purchase my 2025 Land Rover Defender 110 in December of 2025 and absolutely love the vehicle. It is a solid vehicle and has a high quality build. I have yet to find a flaw in the craftsmanship. I believe these are all built in a new highly automated factory and it definitely shows. I absolutely love the Air Purification feature which I believe included an Air Quality Sensor ($100 option) and Cabin Air Purification Plus ($375 option). Well worth this additional spend as we have experienced Canadian wildfire smoke in Illinois. These features clean the interior air. And this is in addition to the filter cartridge that the Defender has as do many newer vehicles. Took the Defender on a road trip to Atlanta Georgia and to the North Carolina coast in May. The Defender was absolutely wonderful to drive on this road trip which had many detours off of interstate roads. I have the inline-4 and had no issues merging into city traffic, ascending the Smokey Mountains or navigating through curves on secondary highways. Extremely competent and well-mannered. I traded my 2019 Mustang GT and even though the Defender is NOT a sports car it is an excellent SUV for handling, Not to be negative on other 'popular' American SUVs, but there is no comparison. The Defender is 'ALL THAT'. For those people that want a 'cushy, plush' ride, the Defender might not work for you, It is a more stiff ride, but I appreciate the excellent road feel. The only negative comment I will make on the Defender is the headlight high-beam indicator. Normal beams show a green outlined icon; high beam changes to blue. Being slightly green/blue color blind makes this dash display a bit of an issue. Otherwise, the Defenders controls and displays were easy to learn and use.

2023 Land Rover Range Rover Velar review
I purchased a certified 2023 Range Rover Velar 2 years ago from a dealer with 7K miles and now have 29K miles. I have had zero issues and have been very happy with the purchase. My wife and I had an extremely positive experience with Land Rover Chattanooga. We worked out an agreement with Jack Wilson to purchase a LR4 with what we had expected would be a factory DVD player that still needed to be installed. It turns out the dealership was only able to get the aftermarket version. We had already purchased the vehicle and put 2,000 miles on it when we discovered this didn't work. Our son has hearing aids and is unable to use headphones and my wife has to take him to many doctor appointments out of town and can't work an aftermarket DVD from the front seat. We brought these concerns to Jack Wilson and he took them to his manager (James). James without a second thought or even a call from us asked Jack to get us a new LR4 with the factory DVD. He took our old car back and the dealership ate the expense of the miles and the difference in cost. Jack and James earned customers for life. I highly recommend working with this dealership.

I've purchased Jaguars all over the country......Dallas, Chicago, Minneapolis, Miami.....and never has the process been as friendly and efficient as Chattanooga Jaguar. I live in Illinois, contacted Josh Smith and he took care of every detail.....the car was ready for me to pick up....the financing all arranged except for my signature......he spent half an hour going over the XJ's features.....and I was on my way home!!!!.....and I also confess to being a bit on the cheap side and I can tell you that the very competitive pricing was the determining factor in choosing Chattanooga Jaguar! 2023 Land Rover Defender review
I just bought the 2024 Defender 110. This is my second one as I drove the first one for four years with zero issues. I love the look, power (P400), comfort, and capabilities of the Defender. I tow a boat in the summers and I am amazed how well this thing pulls. The Defender is very capable and sure footed off road when going hunting etc…but it’s also a smooth comfortable daily driver. Overall I couldn’t be happier with this SUV.

There is a man and lady in service that both were rude when I had to bring my car back due to some things I found that should have been seen beforehand. I purchased a 2015 Porsche Macan S and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the Dealership. Right from the beginning with my Macan inquiry, Jon Lancaster went to work. Between Jon & General Mgr Jaco Vandermerwe, I had a great deal on a great vehicle within days rather than months. When I arrived at the dealership (I drove 2 hours to get this vehicle), the Macan was detailed, gassed up and ready to go. The financing process was seamless as again, everything was ready when I got there (Thank you Scott DeFriese, Finance Mgr). They even provided me with lunch seeing as I didn't stop along with the way due to the excitement of getting my first Porsche. Jon provided with a detailed hood to tailgate overview of the vehicle as well as getting my Sirius radio and phone set up for my drive back home. The team at Porsche of Chattanooga are exemplary! If your looking for the perfect german machine as well as outstanding service, then this is your place. Needless to say, I am loving the Macan!! 2024 Land Rover Discovery review
The vehicle handles and performs beautifully. The climate controls, adaptive cruise control and infotainment screen controls are clumsy, and divert attention away from driving safety. Sadly, this vehicle has no cooling seats. A vehicle of this caliber should automatically have heated and cooled seats. This model has no semi auto steering.
