Pleasant experience at Thompson Lexus Willow Grove

We drove an hour and a half to visit this dealership. I called ahead of time and was greeted on the phone by Joe Troutman, a salesman at the dealership. He made sure the car was there and pulled it aside while we drove there. Once there it was a smooth process and we ended up buying a 2013 Ford Explorer in great condition. Joe even met us there on a Thursday which was his day off. Super new and clean Lexus dealership if in need of a Lexus.
My husband and I are very happy to continue our relationship with Wilke Lexus . Blaine Foreman has always offered us the most personalized service . He has been extremely courteous and helpful in our selection of a new RX. We look forward to continuing this great relationship with Wilkie Lexud.
Jon Sanchez exceeded my expectations. I rarely buy cars and when I do it's always a stressful experience. He made me feel comfortable and really expressed his knowledge of the Lexus vehicle line up. The only reason I would return and or refer my friends here is because of him.
Our recent experience of purchasing a new Lexus with the able assistance of Zena Demirceviren, Sales Excutive, Hadelman Lexus of Princeton, was very pleasant and smooth. She was knowledgable and patient giving us plenty of time to test drive different models and to reach decision. when we express our hesitation to drive the brand new car at night in the poring rain, she and Andrew Ertingu, Technological Specialist, kindly delivered the new car to our garage right after we got home. Well, that what we call a real service and we are thankful. I worked with Scott Hallman and have purchased 3 cars with his assistance. He was informative, knowledgeable, experienced and followed up on all questions. When the car was delivered he made sure I was comfortable with understanding the details of the car.. Scott is an asset to the dealership. I have purchased cars from other dealerships but my experience with Scott was by far the most comfortable, courteous and reliable.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Called to inquire over phone about a Honda man over phone Chris was unknowledgeable about any car and seemed uninterested. We then traveled to dealership in person and same guy was on cell phone, had a client waiting at his desk and another client sitting in chair as he discussed people personal financial and credit "instant turnoff". Need to get better salespeople!!
This was my first time buying at Lexus of Lehigh Valley and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. My salesman, Sean, helped me have an incredible experience in car buying. He made the process easy and quick. He kept informing me on where I was in the process to make sure I didn’t get lost in the paper work! Plan on buying the rest of my Lexus vehicles from him down the road! Remember if you go to this dealership ask for Sean! You’ll have one of the best car buying experiences you have ever had!
I purchased a 2012 Infiniti g37 from Lexus Lehigh Valley. I had the pleasure of dealing with Liza. The car was brought to my home for a test drive. I decided to purchase the car. The car was delivered to my home. Cant beat the service. First class treatment from Liza and the Lexus dealership. I can see why the dealership has won awards. Cant say enough positive comments.
