Started my trade-in with another dealership that my wife and I disappointedly walked away from. We noticed a Mercedes at Bentley down the street from the other dealership and called and spoke with Ihsan. We laid out what we were looking for on our trade in and Ihsan was able to work within reason on getting us close to what we wanted, with no hassle or games that some experience. The presentation of the car for the test drive was excellent, the communication was great, and the sales process was a smooth and pressure free as a buyer could ask for. 2025 Lexus ES 300h review
I love the car, I dislike the dealership I got it from. I definitely recommend the car but you need to watch out where you get it from and watch the sales people they will try to rip you off if you let them, I will write a separate review for the dealership.

2020 Lexus ES 300h review
Comfortable quiet car with exceptional fuel economy. Lexus reliability and quality. One of the few misses is the placement of the CarPlay connector is under a panel on the console, I would prefer it to be hidden under the armrest. Hoping the next generation offers a plug in hybrid. I prefer hybrids to full electric.

This is my second one and I like it more than the first. Very comfortable, great ride, interior luxurious. Electronics a little more complicated than my 2013 but learning them. Gas mileage excellent. Overall great car.
