I was helping my cousin Marty, a Purple Heart Veteran. He had bought a car because he needed another car. To help me build my credit, I co-signed on the car. My cousin had a heart attack and passed away! I wasn't working at the time so I returned the vehicle. So Forthright was trying to sell me a car. But I was contacted by another dealership and purchased a vehicle from them. So even though I didn't buy from forthright, I thank them because they were giving me a second chance to buy! The best combination of comfort and performance.
The quality of this car far exceeds anything I've owned before. This car is much safer in traffic than my Rav4, the ride heigtht is better, and people respect your presence more. You need to use premium gas only, but its well worth the extra cost.

Ben Trask is hands down the best service advisor at Hendrick BMW. I’ve been going to him for my BMW since 2021 (we actually confirmed that on my last visit!), and he’s consistently been outstanding. He’s always polite, transparent about repairs and pricing, and someone I genuinely trust when it comes to anything with my vehicle. This Independence location is usually very busy, and it’s currently under renovation, which I’m sure adds extra stress for the team. Even so, everyone I’ve interacted with has been considerate, helpful, and welcoming. They always manage to keep a positive attitude. I know this industry can be tough at times, which makes the level of courtesy and professionalism here stand out even more. I highly recommend asking for Ben if you’re bringing your BMW in for service.

Most reliable luxury SUV ever
Had this one for 10 years. Besides regular maintenance, (and it doesn't need much) absolutely reliable. Great all around SUV. Good for road trips as well as around town. Good off road capabilities but don't go off road much. Pros: Extremely Reliable, spacious, comfortable, decent performance, Cons: Seats not very comfortable for long trips, Poor Gas Mileage, Handling tuned for comfort but not performance on curvy roads.

Met & asked many gx470 drivers traveling in west-northwest and all said they loved this vintage for expedition travel. The Off Roaders are a breed apart w modifieds that run with the best 4x4s. Fun to drive in town as well. Even my wife who loves her new Subaru Outback agrees, shock!
