Josh Carpenter at Lexus of Wayzata was outstanding from the moment we met him through every follow-up discussion, email, text and in person meeting. If he didn???t have an answer for us, he sought out other resources to find it. The whole team at Lexus was exemplary in meeting and exceeding our car buying needs. Josh has been great following up with us to make sure everything is running smoothly with our new car. This is the way car buying is meant to be; it is an experience and we feel very good about the one are enjoying with Josh and Lexus Of Wayzata!
Mo Zareef was a great sales consultant. Super calm during negotiations, explained everything well. No high pressure sales. We had been to the dealership several times before just browsing and never felt pressured into anything. Mo really went above and beyond, even explained delivery of the vehicle. I had a problem with my Toyota RAV 4 LE 2018 hybrid. Frustrated with the dealership, I called Lexus of Chester Springs and spoke with Michelle. I was online and, together we discussed the car I picked out. We made the down-payment via credit card that day and, working with Alvan and Michael, I was able to close on the car the next day. They took care of my problem Toyota and I drove off with a beautiful car and an extremely pleasant sales purchase experience. This was an extraordinary event for me but they made it seem as if it's what they do every day. Before the Toyota, we had Lexus from this dealership, so I knew I would be treated well. I never expected this over-the-top treatment and I will never again try another car or another dealership. Lexus of Chester Springs, thank you!
I took my car to the dealership for the Takata airbag recall and an oil change and I was very pleased with how quick the process was. My car was finished in three hours. Everyone I talked to was friendly and made the process simple and easy.
Wonderful operation from top to bottom. I visited 7 dealers in 3 days. The staff made the decision easy, very easy. Melissa my sales associate is a total professional who takes pride in her work and the company she represents. A pure pleasure, now I see why Lexus has the highest repeat ownership and this dealer is a perfect example of that excellence.
I should start by saying that the new owners management is doing an excellent job, everybody is friendly, and customer service is top notch, very nice atmosphere great energy, this is not my first visit to a Nissan dealership and i was highly satisfied, they go above and beyond for their customers, definitely coming back for my next lease in the future.

We have been dealing with Bernard Tremblay, and this dealership for about 10 years. We would not consider going elsewhere. Bernard is knowledgeable and considerate and the dealership has a great service department, which has always been customer friendly
I was blown away by the phenomenal service I received at Antonino Acura. I went to the service manager Peter with concerns with my 2017 Acura TLX and he exceeded my expectations. I have three Acura dealerships that are closer to me, but it is well worth the drive knowing how confident I am in their service department. I highly recommend them.
I worked with Jeff B, who was very courteous, patient and professional. He answered all my questions and there was no sales pressure at all. He took a great deal of time in order to explain all the features, bells and whistles of the vehicle. It was a relaxed experience and a pleasure to work with him.
Some of the friendliest staff I have ever worked with. Brian was great and made everything really nice and easy for me. I was not able to purchase a car at that time but when I am ready I will definitely go back.

Jason was courteous and funny , he got me set up quick with a loaner car and told me it’ll be a couple of hours for the recall repair , he gave a call when it was ready , and overall had a really good experience at the dealership
I am very surprised by the previous negative comment and I can only wonder why people would leave them anonymously, could it be a competitor or ex-employee? I am only guessing because we purchased our car from this dealer several years ago and continue to have our maintenance and repairs performed at Lexus of Riverside. From the moment we stepped into the dealership to current day, we continue to have positive visits. Robert, our service advisor continues to make sure we are completely happy with everything they do for us and their prices are comparable to other dealerships.
We walked in just wanting to go over the process so that we knew if we could work towards getting a new car. We had a car that we were upside down in and Crespino listened to what we wanted, what we hated and what we liked and found us a brand new car that would absorb the negative equity and be the perfect fit. We got a car that day. Lexus is helpful and a breath of fresh air from other dealerships that are pushy and just want your money.
