Went in for a test drive and a day later I bought a used car from Lexus of Cerritos. It was no pressure. Much better than my experience 20 years ago buying a new car. I recently brought in my 2022 Lexus ES350 F Sport because the battery had died. The service advisor told me it would cost $300 to replace, but I mentioned that the battery should be covered under the 48-month/50,000-mile Lexus warranty. After checking, the advisor confirmed it was under warranty and replaced it at no cost. I appreciated that it was taken care of, but I think the advisor should have checked the warranty coverage before quoting a repair price. It would?ve made the experience smoother from the start.
