Sunny Rohra was my salesperson and he took EXCELLENT care of me. Between coffee, cookies, jokes, small talk and getting me the best possible deal, I was VERY satisfied! Paul Mitchell in the Finance Dept was TERRIFIC!! I was in and out of there in 10 minutes! And Alex, the tech guy, was VERY helpful and patient. Overall, my experience was great. I would HIGHLY recommend Butler Lexus of South Atlanta! Great experience. I stopped by to look at a used car. Was sold, but I met a salesman named Marcus Trujillo. I told what I was looking for. A few days later Marcus called saying they just took a trade on a vehicle that met my requirements. Even better: one owner, bought new at Nalley, serviced at Nalley and traded back for another Lexus. Marcus made the deal pleasurable and seamless. His manager, Rashad Saeed, was great-he had the service address a couple minor items for us. Marcus stayed in daily contact as the car went through the service/detail process. Both Marcus and Rashad made the entire process very smooth.

Overall, very professional, progressed as a sale should, and they followed through on the details. Car arrived very clean, everything was included as expected. Transport service ran into some issues but they kept me in the loop and went out of their way to get the vehicle to us as quickly as they could (arrived at midnight and the driver still had 1 more stop to make, he was a nice as could be, and had no complaints - that is dedication). We are 180 miles away and Lexus of Naperville will be our new "go to" for Lexus vehicles. Closer dealers are not as transparent, and seem to be in the habit of wasting your time. It is hard to find a dealer that simply wants to sell a vehicle without playing any games. Lexus of Naperville is where you should go - ask for "Brendon" and "AP", they did a nice job. I didn't get a chance to work with her much, but Yvette was also very nice. Zach Paino from "Ship your car safely" was my contact for the transport.
