Great experience getting my flat tire fixed at Lexus. My service advisor, Bella, was friendly, professional, and kept me updated the whole time. She explained everything clearly with no pressure or upselling, and my car was ready quickly. Highly recommend asking for Bella — she really takes care of her customers!

Lexus of Palm BeachReviews
Lexus of Palm Beach review
I recently leased a 2026 ES 350h Premium+ from Lexus of Palm Beach, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. I came in for a routine service appointment on my 2024 ES and was introduced to the new ES lineup. My VIP manager Darryl was straightforward and professional throughout the process. He took the time to walk me through the differences between my current car and the redesigned 2026 hybrid, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The negotiation was fair. We went back and forth a few times to get to a number that worked for both sides, and Darryl was willing to work with me rather than push a take-it-or-leave-it offer. This is my second Lexus from this dealership and the reason I keep coming back is the consistency. Good service department, transparent sales process, and a team that treats returning customers like they matter.
2026 Lexus NX 350h review
I bought the 2026 Lexus NX350h and I've got over 1,000 miles already. Why? Because I love driving this vehicle. It is fantastic on fuel, (regular gasoline). The ride is quite nice for an SUV and acceleration is more than adequate. I love the look of the NX350h. It looks very classic! The interior is exactly what meets my high standards. I really like this Lexus. It's not too big or small and it fits into my garage easily. I highly recommend it.

Very pleased with the dealership. I took my Lexus in for service and all requested services where performed perfectly.
2026 Lexus NX 350h review
I’ve had my 2026 Lexus NX 350h AWD Premium for about three weeks and nearly 2,000 miles, and I love it so far. The ride is smooth and quiet, the interior is packed with modern tech, and everything feels well thought out and solid. I’m getting the advertised MPG, which was a big reason I chose the hybrid, and it’s been consistent in real-world driving. On top of that, the design is beautiful inside and out. It feels like a perfect balance of comfort, efficiency, and luxury.

Best experience I’ve had and I’ve had several in my life. I also had several prior to buying this vehicle. Kariel Nieves was my sales guru. Totally awesome gentleman and knows his stuff. Great attitude and huge knowledge of all things Lexus. Good communicator and worked with me to get my scheduled test drive and had everything ready. A++++++++ I’m sure they have many excellent associates but I’ll only work with Kariel from now on. Top noche.

Lexus of Louisville review
Our experience yesterday in purchasing a gently used (mileage was 9000) 2021 Lexus RX350 was AMAZING! Our salesman, Bill Marshall, was so knowledgeable about the features of the car and was happy to answer any and all questions. He conducted the entire transaction in a manner that could not have gone more smoothly. The business manager, Jeani Britton, exhibited the same high quality of experience! She was awesome, as well. It was probably the best car-buying experience we have ever had. I highly recommend this dealership and the two people instrumental in helping us achieve our goal yesterday, Bill and Jeani.
