They told me the 8 year old car I was buying was as n good shape. That was an understatement this car was phenomenal in like brand new condition. This was my first online buying experience of a car over 9 hours away (by car). Needless to say I was apprehensive. I am a picky car person like them clean all there and looking like new. Lexus clear Lake really lived up to the Lexus reputation. The facility was awesome. I purchased a used Hyundai Santa Cruz but when I grow up, I wanna buy one of those Lexus?s that were in the showroom. Super impressive. Luxurious. Tony Hendricks my sales rep was a real pro. He knew his products very well. Answered that question was not high pressure. the car sold themselves and I got a really good price. I would recommend that if you?re looking for a used car or especially Alexis go see Tony he?ll take good care of you.

The sales person was very well knowledgeable and allowed he customer to make decisions at the customer own pace. Roley was very good at his ability to provide good directions in the purchase of a Lexus Vehicle but did offer different suggestions in order for us to decide on the best product with a fair price.

Arrived at 1109a and was driving off the lot in my “new to me” car at 12:35p.
