When part of the work could not be done reasonably quick, Joe offered me a loaner car. I was very pleased I didn’t have to sit too long to wait for the car to be ready. To the company’s credit, all their advisers and the service manager are courteous and always ready to help costumers. Wow !!! This Lexus is great. The receptionist Alejandra was the first face I saw when I walked in. Very welcoming and cheerful. She was able to help me find a good salesman. She also let me know that the coffee “French vanilla” was good and when I tried it out for myself , she was right !! Great experience. I am from France so coming to this place was definitely a trip.
