Follow up review post purchase. I was on the way to work & I ran over a nail. I stopped by Belle tire to learn that the tire tread was so low that I couldn't have the nail removed. Unaware of the condition of the tires post purchase I returned to alderman's to discuss with Michael if there is something we could have missed on the inspection. Instead of giving me any pushback he asked me what I would like. I asked him for two new tires and he made it happen on the spot. A+ customer service. Very appreciative of Michael.

2020 Lexus RX 450h review
A lot of improvements with the ride. It rides a lot smoother as what a luxury SUV should be. Touchscreen is now available which is better than using the laptop type touchpad. Better standard safety features like lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, blind spot warning, rear collision alert, rear emergency braking, etc. Good value for the money.

2021 Lexus RX 450h review
Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! My back up camera was working intermittently while still under warranty but it couldn’t be diagnosed cause it wasn’t happening when I took it to the dealer. It finally stopped working completely! Marhofer said they would cover it under the warranty and had me fixed and not the door in 45 minutes! Great service, friendly service and didn’t cost me a dime. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from this location and we will continue to give them our business. Especially with service like that!
