I assumed it would be difficult dealing with an out of state dealer. Not so. No hassle and pressure and the deal was great. Would recommend both to anyone. Will shop there again.
I am the happy owner of a Lexus sedan and have purchased fourvehicles, over the years, from this dealership and it’s predecessor. My service representative, Tom Miller, has stayed the course and the service has just gotten better and better. My most recent visit started with a recall repair but I decided to have the oil changed and the car detailed - and am absolutely thrilled with the detailing result, not to mention the friendly, efficient and courteous treatment provided by everyone I come into contact with, during every visit. We love our Lexus and this dealership plays a key role in maintaining our loyalty to the brand. Thank you for understanding with customer service really is about.
Everything was great service wise and only reason giving it a four is because they only have one shuttle guy going and the wait can get excessive. So if your taking a shuttle plan to wait a while during busy times. I would recommend hiring a 2nd shuttle driver so the one doesnt drive all over town causing delays.

Service was great , except when I got to GreenRiver Rd and Spring Valley my low tire light went off and Lucus Oil was close, so they aired my tires up as my back two tires were low after having my tires rotated and told the air in my tires had been checked.
I had a 2003 Mini, and I finally was ready to let her go. It was a scary prospect to upgrade, and I had NO idea how much cars had changed!
The process to identify the car was the hardest part. Once I contacted Mini of Marin, it was easy from start to finish. So grateful for the experience, and I LOVE my new Mini!!!
Great place to get a vehicle! They greeted me timely and made me feel welcomed. They took their time with me, didn't rush or push and helped me find a vehicle for my lifestyle, budget and one I loved. I will forever be a Jeep driver.
I owned 4 Lexus cars/SUVs over 20+ years; bought from Lexus of Dublin. Service is good; but part pricing is expensive & gouges customers. Examples: replace engine air filter for $68.40++ (part is about $20); replace left/right front upper control arm part is $500 and total service is $800/EACH (BeckArnly part on RockAuto is $90); Timing Belt service is quoted $1,519 and part kit on RockAuto is $275 including water pump; wiper blades are $12/each, but installed vary from $25 or more; headlight level sensor/arm replace quoted at $1200, bot part on RockAuto for $170 and replaced myself (and I am not a car repair person). Purchase of most any part is extremely expensive; gouges the customer who paid a lot for the Lexus already; and prices are prone to cause "heart attacks".
Rhys makes the purchase and, in my case, transport, as easy as possible. The Maserati was represented perfectly and couldn't be happy with the value. Do not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from this dealer

I test drove an RDX they had on the lot and worked with Anthony Stamegna. I didn't end up buying the vehicle but Anthony was great and very informative about the car.
