I was referred by my brother and I am glad I listened to his advice. I bought a 2014 Lexus GS350 at the time I didn't realize that the tire pressure light was on. Next morning I called and spoke with Noman and told him about the light. He helped me with setting up an appointment with his shop and took care of the problem(two of the tire sensor were bad) at no cost. I have put 5,000 miles on my car and not a single problem.

I have owned my 2013 ES 350 for 8 years now. I bought it with 60k miles and now has 260k. The only thing I had to replace was a tensioner pulley which I did myself. Other than brakes. tires and drive belt that's the other thing I've done. Same spark plugs n coils since I bought it, change oil every 7500-10k miles and doesn't burn or use any oil. I honestly drive it like I stole it most the time. I commute 65 miles a day and every trip I take is in this car. The only thing I wish is that the seats were a lil more comfortable but I have seat & back cushion to help with that. I will drive this til it or I die. I have 6 other vehicles and this is driven the most.

He went out of his way from when we first interacted over the phone. He kept me up-to-date and sent me Pictures and videos of The vehicles on the lot. Left the Bay Area to find a good deal in Roseville and found a great one on a 2016 Honda Civic! From 12-5, I spent so much time talking to these sincerely nice guys, Murray, Ronnie, Miguel, the guy at the mid-range and affordable lot, and the finance guy. You can just tell there’s a business here that is run well where everyone respects each other and then treats the customer with kindness and respect. We are a Lexus family because the cars are graceful and reliable. We will never drive anything else. We have a 2006 Rx 330 with 300,000 miles and it’s still going strong. Never a problem…just the usual-brakes, tires and oil changes, batteries. I drive a 2011 ES 350 sedan that I bought used. 2 years old. Now has 110,000 miles. Still shiny and fresh looking. So nice to have a dependable vehicle. I think my drivers side seat is a little broken down and I am not a heavy person. I use a special cushion for comfort. I realize newer cars have more bells and whistles..but what’s the point of trading a great car for a bigger cup holder? We are older. When we are ready to go down to one car we will trade them both for another Lexus!!!!! Best car on the road! My son has been a top rated auto mechanic for 26 years-not American made-and he concurs. Love our cars!

After owning this vehicle for 3 years I have not had any major issues aside for oil changes and preventative maintenance. Everything about owning this car has been a great experience!!

The only negative thing I can say about this car is that it lacks sportiness in both driving feel and appearance. but other than that, it is simply fantastic. Super reliable, low maintenance costs and drives very well. You simply can't go wrong with an ES350 (or it's lesser cousin, the Toyota Avalon). They last forever!

Love the luxury of Lexus as I had previously owned one. Car has already exceeded my expectations! Drives and handles like a brand new car. Was fully detailed upon arrival to pick it up. Plan to have this car for a long time. When I need another I’ll be calling Matthew again!

My biggest gripe with the car is it does not have the performance of my previous 2001 IS300. Lexus could have used a more performance oriented engine. Otherwise, very reliable, trouble free, and handles very well on the road.

I maintain this car at the local Lexus dealership. The performance tires last about 25,000 miles and it does require premium fuel. It’s a 6-cylinder with plenty of power and has a sporty feel. Mine’s AT with paddle shift (which we never use). No real issues, although the carbon cleaning that was recommended was a $250 surprise. Still a solid, dependable and enjoyable car.

Best car exer - except cost cuts for 2017- no more leather and wood accents like thy were in my 2011 ES3500. Maybe next one will be more posh? ;-)

I got a great car -- 2015 model year, almost completely unblemished, pretty unbelievable how good the condition was, actually. And the price was reasonable and fair without any haggling -- in fact, I wanted to close the deal as soon as possible because I thought it was almost too good to be true. They let me both test drive the car and come back the next day to take it to a mechanic for an inspection. The only thing that I did not like is that they have a 3-mile limit to how far they will let you take a car for an independent mechanic's inspection. I would have preferred is that they let me take the car to my own mechanic, but, alas, mine is 5-6 miles away. Nonetheless, I was able to find a mechanic that is just down the street from Choice Auto and he seemed to do a decent inspection job. End result, I got a great car at a very reasonable price. There are some friendly staff, but just know that the sales manager (owner?) is somewhat reserved. Just get past the fact that he's reserved and understand that the price is the price (no haggling) and I think you'll serve yourself well by getting a good deal on a great car. I will easily consider going here for our next vehicle.

I bought a 2014 ES350 CPO 5 1/2 years ago with 28K on it. It now has 73K on it. All I've done is oil changes, brakes and tires. Very reliable and takes regular gas. Very roomy with a quiet highway ride. With a new timing belt, water pump and spark plugs at 100k miles, it should run to 200k miles easy.

Bought it used , so far so good . I took it on a 2000 mile run , better than average , two other owners , 165000 miles , well maintained by previous owners . CA , AZ , New Mexico run in heat , no problems so far .

Other than the power locks going out too fast, which is not cheap to repair, especially as often as they go out, this car is a dream to drive, as well as own. Repairs are few, as I got it in 2016 with just under 90k. Here it is in Sept of 2024, and I have another thousand and it will be 300k, with again, very little maintenance to speak of. I will be buying Lexus from here on out.

I’ve always delt with Traci in service since my purchase of my 2019 ux hybrid. 60 mile service. Nothing is cheap nothing in today’s world. But my experience with Traci has always overshadowed my thoughts on cost Service is key owning a Lexus. With ownership changes and staff changes I’m positive I would not use Sacramento Lexus without Traci amazing help and knowledge of cars and her positive attitude and help for me.
