So, we went in with low expectations simply hoping to make it a quick process so we could leave with a vehicle without the hassle. From the very moment we stepped foot inside the door, Marc whisked us to his desk apologizing for our previous bad experience. He went out of his way to ensure that we got the vehicle that we wanted AND that we had a good experience. We already knew the exact vehicle that we wanted and when they learned that they did not have it in stock at their dealership. They called every dealership in their fleet to find the one we wanted. When they couldn?t get it delivered that day they offered to deliver it directly to our home and wanted to ensure that we could get around for the weekend so they offered us a loaner car. Once we had everything settled Adam took care of our financing. He made the process easy (well as easy as buying a car can be). He explained everything we signed and ensured that we were well informed and navigated through the process with ease. 2023 Lexus GX 460 review
I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.

2013 Lexus LX 570 review
Timeless reliability and power when you need it as these trucks get older, you realize how well they are made. They only really need basic maintenance and every hundred thousand miles replace the plugs, the belts and all the juices and it will keep going as smooth as butter the only thing you wanna keep an eye on is the suspension however it is not a dealbreaker it can be dealt with with a proper technician. They will be going for another 50 years for sure.

2013 Lexus RX 350 review
Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

2024 Lexus NX 350 review
Second NX I’ve owned. My ‘17 NX200 had zero issues the 5 years I owned it. The ‘24 NX 350 FSport has everything I want and some things I didn’t know I would enjoy. I appreciate the upgraded engine and 275hp. The programmable “custom” settings is something I was surprised to have. Besides Sport and Eco mode, you can program the vehicle to where the steering and suspension is tight but you have normal throttle/shift points. The upgraded stereo is plenty loud although the “hey Lexus” infotainment is slow and still kind of clunky, albeit better than the old platform. The associated Lexus app is user friendly, and the credit card key replacing the key fob is a subtle but welcome change: one less thing to carry. Overall it is a fantastic vehicle and has aggressive lines and adequate performance that I thing rivals anything in its class. Couple that with Toyota reliability and you have a winner. Certainly worth looking at it, I’d contend worth the purchase.

2015 Lexus GX 460 review
Very comfortable ride and seats, reliable, and great visibility. Love the Mark Levinson sound system, it is excellent! We bought it 10 months ago with 53,000 miles on it and still looks and drives like brand new. I love how whisper quiet it is, no road noise, and there is not a squeak or rattle anywhere in the vehicle. Lexus is definitely in a class of it's own. It is so easy to keep it showroom clean, which makes it still look brand new. When seeing it, no one believes it is 9yrs old.

2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

2020 Lexus UX 250h review
I've had mine for 2 years now. Bought it new at Lexus of Louisville. The service there is excellent. I have the sport model and I couldn't be more satisfied. The ride is smooth. The gas mileage is great. The small size is all I need. The back seats lay down if I need extra room. It has good power for me and I would buy it again.
