Went to the Pacifico Ford dealer in Broomall. They said they will not work on any vehicles that are 15 years or older. I went to Matthews Paoli Ford and had them work on my 2005 Ford excursion. I didn’t know that good mechanics existed like they have over there what a wonderful place it cost money but it’s worth it! The diesel mechanic there Christopher is unbelievably knowledgeable and good. Had a great experience. Had my Truck worker on over there and have had zero problems. I have not owned a domestic car since 1986. I've owned mostly Mercedes and Jaguars for the past 35 years. The Continental compares very favorably to the Jaguar XJ-L and Mercedes Benz E-Class. I needed a 4-door sedan that could be serviced near my home which left mostly domestic (GM / Ford / Chrysler) brands to choose from. I relocated to an area about 85 miles outside a major metropolitan area and didn't enjoy the 1.5 hour drive to and from my servicing dealers (Mercedes and Jaguar) after a decade of doing so. I'm not a fan of Chrysler styling so I test drove a Cadillac and the Lincoln Continental. After comparing both cars, In 2022 we chose a 2018 Lincoln Certified PreOwned Continental Reserve AWD with the 2.7 twin-turbo under 20K miles. This car was a special-order with most every available option offered. The build quality is on par with Cadillac, Jaguar and other makes that I've owned. Comparing the Infotainment/technology to both Mercedes and Jaguar, the Lincoln tech is so much easier to set up, navigate and use. Engine response and performance is excellent! Interior leather and trim is top-notch with the 72-thousand position front seats, revel sound system, back seat package, technology package and other features. I absolutely love the exterior styling of the car...it looks expensive and feels expensive. The original msrp of my car was just under $70,000 when new...so perhaps it simply was expensive!

This is a great vehicle. I purchased a 2018 Lincoln Continental Reserve and am extremely happy with my purchase. I've owned several luxury cars and would rate this among my top choices. The interior is well equipped and amazingly comfortable. There's a bit more road noise than I'd like but the ride and comfort make up for it. It's also very stylish and I constantly receive compliments on it. I would definitely recommend this vehicle for anyone interested in a larger 4 door sedan.

Great car buying experience. I stopped by to check out a Volkswagen for my daughter and ended up taking it home that same day. The next day we were having a problem with the radio and when I called they said bring it back and they had their mechanic look at it and take care of it immediately. I really appreciated not getting the run around or having to make a service appointment like I have experienced at bigger dealerships. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. They stand behind their cars and treat you like a human being.
