I think this place is fantastic! Everyone is so kind and ready to help you. My gosh, I’m as dumb as a box of rocks and they treated me with kindness and respect. I was telling this young man at the desk what someone told me they should do. I didn’t know if I was right or wrong. He was so nice and explained what I didn’t know or understand. I told him I needed to rotate my tires because that is what someone told me. He said I had it done last time snd not to worry they would help me and take care of my care for me. That was absolutely music to my heats. Gloria Pontius

Great check in. It was done very efficiently. Servicing done quickly. as well as checkout. I will continue to bring my Buick into the Superstore as usual in the future .
2018 Buick LaCrosse review
The car is equal to if not better than the Cadillacs I have owned. The V6 is very peppy and yet gets great gas mileage on regular gas. I would gladly buy another but GM no longer makes it - dumb decision if you ask me.

Dealership very Clean and the salesman was super kind and caring . And took his time to get to know our needs
2018 Buick LaCrosse review
This is by far the best car for your money, I bought this car used with almost 40k miles and now it’s at 110k miles in about a year and a half. I drive 100-300 miles a day and this car gets around the same gas mileage as my old Hyundai sonata. This car is driven through heavy traffic in Washington DC and the rural countryside on a daily basis and can handle just about anything. This car drives and feels like a Mercedes S class. I travel around the area and I couldn’t think of a more comfortable car to do my job in. I never have to worry about reliability. The only con with this car is that an oil change is about $120 wherever you go (DC Area) and my fog light was knocked out by heavy snow ($25 part). If you’re researching you should definitely buy this car.

Suburban SubaruReviews
Suburban Subaru review
I had a wonderful experience purchasing my car at Suburban Subaru, thanks to Jose! From the very beginning, he was welcoming, friendly, patient, professional, and genuinely attentive. He made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable, taking the time to answer my questions and making sure I felt confident in my purchase. When I returned to pick up my car, Jose went above and beyond by taking the time to walk me through all the features and explain how everything worked. He was thorough, helpful, and never made me feel rushed. It was clear that he truly cared about making sure I was comfortable and happy with my new car. To top it all off, he sent me on my way with a full tank of gas, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch! Jose is a wonderful example of what outstanding customer service should be. He is courteous, knowledgeable, patient, personable, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Jose and Suburban Subaru to anyone looking for a positive, stress-free car-buying experience. Thank you, Jose, for making my purchase such a pleasant one!

Joyce Buick GMCReviews
Joyce Buick GMC review
I had an outstanding experience at Joyce Buick GMC. From the very beginning, the team took the time to truly listen to my needs and wants and worked with me to find a vehicle that fit both what I was looking for and what I could comfortably afford. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured or pushed into a truck I didn?t want. They respected what I was looking for, worked with me on my budget, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. The GMC Sierra 1500 Denali I chose is absolutely perfect, and I couldn?t be happier with my decision. A special thank you goes to Robert, who went above and beyond to help me get the exact truck I wanted. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to do everything he could to make it happen really stood out. He made me feel like my needs mattered, not like I was just another sale. I also had the pleasure of speaking with General Manager Jim and Sales Manager Igor, and both were an absolute delight to talk to. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine interest in making sure I had a great experience only reinforced how impressed I was with the entire dealership. I will gladly recommend Joyce Buick GMC to everyone I know ? friends, family, and even strangers! If you?re looking for a vehicle and want to work with someone who truly cares about getting you into the right one, go to Joyce Buick GMC and ask for Robert. You won?t be disappointed!

I had a flat tire and Sierra Lopez made sure it was repaired quickly. Sierra is always friendly and professional. I know when I go to their service dept or sales dept, I will be taken care of.

Crest Cadillac review
Just picked my 2018 Cadillac CT6 from Crest Cadillac, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! My salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable, no pressure, just straightforward and transparent. He and their finance manager really took the time to ensure I got the best rate, and the car is in beautiful shape. I Highly recommend them!

Brookings Auto Mall review
I called in a truck and asked the salesman some questions. He was pretty helpful until I asked him about the check engine light. He said he didn’t know if there was a check engine light or if there was, what the code(s) might be. I loved the truck and had cash, but decided not to drive an hour one way without having more solid information. I was disappointed.

Good experience. Ray and Jose are very personal and I really like my car. It's a little tricky to get there, but worth the effort.
2018 Buick LaCrosse review
This car by far exceeds my expectations. I purchased it used earlier this year (just before gas prices spiked). Among the features I like most are the great gas mileage (25-35 mpg) I get from my hybrid model Lacrosse, and the quick “get-up-and-go”.
