Walked into the dealership and was greeted very warmly. I drove two that I was looking at. I decided on the second one. You know that feeling that you get when you are applying for credit, like your a bad risk, or you did something bad. I was at ease with the sales person and the loan officer. never bought a car this easy or relaxed. Thank you

Wickstrom Auto Group review
To Wickstrom of Barrington. I’m amazed at the the way the car salesman Eric Jensen handled everything from the first phone call to the Finalization of purchasing our vehicle. I have never experienced such a wonderful way of purchasing a car during my busy work schedule and difficulty getting to a car dealership. Thank you, Eric Jensen for making my life so much easier. I am definitely looking forward to buying my next vehicle through Eric Jensen. Sincerely Jimmy Cammarata.

2026 Lincoln Nautilus review
I have had many luxury cars over the years, including Cadillac, BMW, Audi and my new 2026 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve Hybid beats them all. The design is stunning, the interior is beautiful, and the performance is exceptional. I receive many compliments daily on this car and I recommend it highly.

Libertyville Lincoln review
Our salesperson, Robert was the best. We never felt more taken care of; Robert has great customer skills. As a former customer service worker I look for this. We found the car online, Called LL and Robert showed us the vehicle that afternoon. We loved it! The process was smooth and easy. We had to find a PNC bank in the area and he helped us find one. We went to a Honda dealership to get a key made as the car we bought was not a Lincoln. The customer service there was atrocious and I never ever want to go there again. I knew I had to write a review for Robert at LL as I want great customer service rewarded. Thanks again for a good experience.
2026 Lincoln Nautilus review
We were very pleased with the performance and comfort of the car. However, we found that when you make a turn, the tire opposite the turn direction extends out over the plane formed by the doors, spraying road dirt along the side of the car from the front wheel well to the rear wheel. The dealership was no help. So happy car washing.

Libertyville Lincoln review
James, Jacob and Michelle all did a great job. They kept me informed on the progress of the order and worked with my schedule to arrange the actual purchase and pickup. James was very thorough in explaining the vehicle features and getting me out the door in a timely manner. Received a fair price for my trade-in without having to haggle on price (I had an offer from CarMax and stats from NADA, KBB, etc. so I knew what it was worth). Would buy from them again without hesitation.

Wickstrom Auto GroupReviews
Wickstrom Auto Group review
Wonderful experience from start to finish!!! Eric Jensen was our salesman & was fantastic!! He took the time to show us all the cool & nerdy features of the vehicles we drove. He was extremely knowledgeable on Jeeps & even got us started in our duck collection!! He gave us a great deal & did not make us feel pressured at all. Highly recommend Wickstrom, especially Eric Jensen!!! Would happily do business with him again..
2026 Lincoln Nautilus review
I couldn't be happier with my Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid. The ride is exceptionally smooth and quiet, the interior feels truly luxurious, and the technology is impressive without being overwhelming. The hybrid system delivers great fuel economy while still providing plenty of power when needed. Every drive feels comfortable and relaxing, whether I'm commuting around town or taking a longer trip. Lincoln did an outstanding job with this vehicle—I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium luxury SUV.

2026 Lincoln Nautilus review
Came to the same conclusion as Motor Trend who named this the reigning SUV of the year. The quiet, comfortable ride is the thing I appreciate the most. The beautiful, comfortable interior impresses people and it’s a great place to drive (or ride). There are sportier options but for long haul driving as well as comfortable city driving, this is a great choice.

My experience was great! My sales rep was direct and accurate. No BS, no games. After finally getting the car I ordered, I had a minor issue and my sales rep. (Terry Bommarito) took care of immediately! Highly recommend.
