Wickstrom Auto GroupReviews
Wickstrom Auto Group review
After searching, comparing, and test driving, I finally found the right vehicle. I couldn’t be happier with my new Jeep and the entire experience from start to finish. From the initial vehicle search and test drives to the auto loan process and final purchase, everything was smooth, easy, and honestly one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. A huge part of that is because of our sales associate, Don DiPaulo. Don was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and genuinely made the entire process enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make sure I found the right vehicle without ever making me feel pressured. This is actually the second Jeep we’ve purchased from this Don and this dealership, and that says a lot about how great our experiences have been. We will absolutely be back when it’s time for our next vehicle! Thank you, Don, and the entire team at Wickstrom Jeep Dodge in Barrington, Illinois for making this purchase such a great experience.
2026 Lincoln Nautilus review
I couldn't be happier with my Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid. The ride is exceptionally smooth and quiet, the interior feels truly luxurious, and the technology is impressive without being overwhelming. The hybrid system delivers great fuel economy while still providing plenty of power when needed. Every drive feels comfortable and relaxing, whether I'm commuting around town or taking a longer trip. Lincoln did an outstanding job with this vehicle—I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium luxury SUV.

James, Jacob and Michelle all did a great job. They kept me informed on the progress of the order and worked with my schedule to arrange the actual purchase and pickup. James was very thorough in explaining the vehicle features and getting me out the door in a timely manner. Received a fair price for my trade-in without having to haggle on price (I had an offer from CarMax and stats from NADA, KBB, etc. so I knew what it was worth). Would buy from them again without hesitation.

Libertyville LincolnReviews
Libertyville Lincoln review
Our salesperson, Robert was the best. We never felt more taken care of; Robert has great customer skills. As a former customer service worker I look for this. We found the car online, Called LL and Robert showed us the vehicle that afternoon. We loved it! The process was smooth and easy. We had to find a PNC bank in the area and he helped us find one. We went to a Honda dealership to get a key made as the car we bought was not a Lincoln. The customer service there was atrocious and I never ever want to go there again. I knew I had to write a review for Robert at LL as I want great customer service rewarded. Thanks again for a good experience.
2026 Lincoln Nautilus review
We were very pleased with the performance and comfort of the car. However, we found that when you make a turn, the tire opposite the turn direction extends out over the plane formed by the doors, spraying road dirt along the side of the car from the front wheel well to the rear wheel. The dealership was no help. So happy car washing.

Heller MotorsReviews
Heller Motors review
Heller was great! Bob was very friendly and helpful. Low stress environment and made everything very easy.
2026 Lincoln Nautilus review
Came to the same conclusion as Motor Trend who named this the reigning SUV of the year. The quiet, comfortable ride is the thing I appreciate the most. The beautiful, comfortable interior impresses people and it’s a great place to drive (or ride). There are sportier options but for long haul driving as well as comfortable city driving, this is a great choice.
