This car is just so great, I can't believe how much quality I have for the money. I've had it for three years now and have put some money into the front end but other than that just routine maintenance. On the road it really shines at highway speeds. I always feel in control and that the car will give me more if I need it. I'm just now passing the hundred thousand mile marker. It just doesn't show any signs of slowing down. If you can get one, do it.

2006 Lincoln Town Car Designer review
Best Bang For The Buck
Full framed, RWD, 4 door, V8. Only kind of vehicle I've ever, or will ever purchase. Well, except for a '68 Camaro and '66 GTO. Been driving for almost 50 years, and never a new car, or car payment. I repair my own as much as possible, which is why I stick with the Panther, or similar, platform. The few repairs they ever need are easy to do, and parts are plentiful and cheap. No reason to settle for a Grand Marquis, (though I've owned several) when the Town Car can be had for close to the same price. Can't get a sunroof in a G. Marquis anyway, so the Town Car is my top choice. Plenty of power to jump out in traffic, and handles great. Safe, reliable, comfortable, and overall practical when you consider total bang for the buck.
