2017 Lincoln MKX review
I purchased my 2017 Lincoln MKX Reserve with the 2.7L twin-turbo engine brand new. After 7 years and about 60,000 miles, I can say it's been a great overall experience. My wife primarily drives it for daily school drop-offs and grocery runs, and the MKX has proven to be a reliable and comfortable vehicle for family use. Even after several years, it still feels luxurious and ahead of its time in terms of technology. The ride quality is smooth thanks to the adaptive damping suspension, and the interior remains impressively quiet and well-built. The leather seats are supportive and comfortable, and the cabin feels upscale all around. What I Love: Luxury Feel: The MKX feels like a true premium SUV. Smooth Ride: The suspension and quiet cabin make for a relaxing drive. Advanced Features: Still loaded with useful tech after all these years. Affordable Maintenance: Ford-sourced parts keep costs reasonable. Solid Build Quality: It’s aging very gracefully. Issues I’ve Experienced: Steering Vibration at Low Speeds: This has been present since day one. I’ve done multiple wheel alignments, but it was never resolved. I’ve just learned to live with it. EGR Valve Replacements: I’ve had to replace the EGR valve three times—definitely a recurring issue. Blower Fan Motor: I had to replace the blower fan motor, which was an unexpected but manageable repair. Fuel Consumption in City: City fuel economy is poor—definitely not ideal for short trips and stop-and-go driving. On the highway, however, it’s excellent. TPMS Sensors: Recently had to replace the tire pressure sensors, which is fairly normal at this vehicle’s age. Final Thoughts: Despite a few issues, the Lincoln MKX has been a comfortable, reliable, and luxurious family SUV. If you're looking for a quiet ride, high-end interior, and a good value luxury vehicle, the MKX delivers. Just be prepared for some typical aging-related repairs and less-than-ideal fuel efficiency in the city. Would I buy it again? Yes—for what it offers in comfort, features, and long-term reliability, it’s still a strong choice.

Johnson Lexus of Raleigh review
Andreas' customer service is top notch! He's prompt and makes me feel appreciated whenever I'm in for maintaining my 2025 Lexus NX 250. He keeps me informed as to what is going on with my vehicle including texts, video updates and when my vehicle is ready which I never got before working with him. He always makes sure my questions are answered. I am glad to have him as my go to person at Johnson Lexus because my initial experience with my prior go to person was not good. I almost felt invisible back then with this person who apparently was not interested in making my experience a positive one.(Veronica) I began to dread coming for car maintenance which took so long just for me to leave my vehicle and pick up a requested loaner. I live an hour and a half away so time is always of the essence when I come to Johnson Lexus. However, this is not the case with Andreas; he is always on point! Thanks Andreas!!! Keep up the good work!!! Kudos!!!

Audi Raleigh review
20,000 mile service was a smooth and efficient process. I was provided a loaner car. During the service, I received two videos, and the service advisor reviewed information further at my request. I was provided info regarding my next two scheduled visits, and my questions were answered. My car was ready before it was promised. Associates were professional and friendly.
2014 Lincoln MKZ review
I have a 2014 Lincoln MKZ V6 with 80k miles. I bought 3 years ago for 14k. I just put 3k into it for a water pump and timing belt. I wasn't expecting that at such low miles.

Leith Lincoln review
Great experience with Leith Lincoln , Vinny and Casey. I originally went to only test drive a vehicle so I could order one online with all the features I wanted. When I arrived Vinny met me outside and was very attentive to listening to what I was looking for. Along with everyone else looking for a new vehicle I knew there was a limited amount to choose from and I did not want to settle. Vinny provided top notch service to me and stayed with me the entire process. Which by the way only took a matter of hours to facilitate. I appreciate the attention to detail both Vinny and Casey provided.
2015 Lincoln MKC review
I've owned this car since 2015, the first year it was on the market. I still enjoy driving it. There were a few minor problems while it was still under warranty. However, the dealer processed all.

Leith Lincoln review
We have recently purchased a vehicle from Leith Lincoln and we were very pleased with the service there. Our salesman, Chris, was very helpful and never made us feel pressured into making a purchase. And once we made the decision to buy the vehicle the process went fast. Overall we are very pleased with our experience there. We would highly recommend Leith Lincoln.
2024 Lincoln Corsair review
Got the 2024 Grand Touring loaded up and all the features on the vehicle work well. Also got the optional perfect position 24 way seats and they are great, and the massage feature works great too. Adjustable rear seats allow 4 adults to seat comfortably in a smaller SUV. the only thing Lincoln needs to change would be to get 35 miles of range out of the battery, when its warm outside you get around 30 but when it's cold you get 20 to 22 only. if you are not use to tech the 13.2 inch infotainment screen may take some getting used to. the transition from the electric motor to gas engine is flawless and does a great job at working well together to give you the cars power when you need it in normal mode.

CarMax Capital Boulevard review
I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager. When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!
2020 Lincoln Corsair review
I purchased a Corsair used after a test drive. I love the leg room and all of the features it has. It is comfortable, drives very nice, is quiet, has plenty of power and I really like the good gas mileage. I think it’s a classy looking SUV and it looks very nice in my garage.

2020 Lincoln Aviator review
Well, first thing is first. This is a great American luxury suv, problem, just that. We Americans worry too much about things we don't need and forgo things we do and thus you have most American companies especially auto manufacturers. Charge a lot but receive very little in durability but ague that it's offered at least. Precisely why the Japanese and recently the German luxury manufacturers do it better. They are not just trying to make a xxxx load of money, they actually care that their products are what they are being hyped as and stand the test of time regardless of the deepness of their customers pockets. So does the Lincoln produce a great product, Yes and No and that's a problem in this class as their asking price. For $60+k the vehicle shouldn't have any negative reviews let alone quality issues. The American car makers are an unfortunate mixed bag and leave me always expecting more. Maybe the true intent after all, planned obsolescence. Non the less I'd recommend a good extended warranty because when things fail outside of warranty, most likely it will cost more then the vehicle in the 1st place.

2025 Lincoln Aviator review
An amazing vehicle. We went with the all wheel drive Reserve II base, with 201A, jet, and dynamic handling packages. Took the price up to a tad below 84K. I love this vehicle! From it lowering itself a few inches when you walk up to it to make it easier to get in, The 30-way adjustable seats, the fantastic ride when you're driving it, and overall appearance of it, awesome! I highly recommend this!

2024 Lincoln Nautilus review
Because of my age, 82, making a decision to transition from a traditional large sedan to a mid-sized SUV was a serious decision. It was also serious because this may be my last car of my lifetime. The 2024 Nautilus might be characterized as a young man's car. There is its extraordinary collection of technologies, its one-of-a-kind electronic wrap-around display system, and its multitude of new safety features. None of them are daunting to manage and none should overwhelm a senior driver. Lincoln did not substitute luxury with bells and whistles and neither did it sacrifice one bit of reliability with style. The Nautilus was purchased after comparing it to all of its head-to-head competition and there are no regrets. If this is to be my last car, so be it.

2023 Lincoln Nautilus review
I’ve been driving a Lincoln since 1999 but always a sedan. My last sedan was the 2017 Continental. It’s unfortunate that model is no longer made and sold in the U.S. I decided to trade in my high mileage 2017 for a new small SUV and decided on the Nautilus. It’s perfect for me as I don’t like driving a huge truck like vehicle! It has all the options I like and I truly enjoy driving it. I’ve had it for two weeks and I’m truly impressed with its handling and performance! The Revel sound system is awesome! Well done Lincoln!

Leith Lincoln review
If you want a five star team that will absolutely blow your mind with how hard they will work to put the right deal together, start with this group at Leith Lincoln: Vinny Vassallo – Sales & Leasing Consultant Bo Bodenstine – General Sales Manager John Wahba – Sales Manager John Groissl – General Manager Logan – Finance Manager I recently purchased a Lincoln Navigator Black Label from Leith Lincoln, and after everything my husband and I went through researching large SUVs, I can confidently say this team delivered one of the most remarkable car buying experiences we’ve ever had. Before making this decision, my husband and I went far beyond casual research. Over several months we spent countless hours studying the full size SUV market. That meant watching numerous vehicle review videos, reading detailed comparisons online, analyzing features, and physically test driving nearly every serious contender we could find. During that process we evaluated vehicles including the GMC Yukon, Chevrolet Tahoe, Ford Expedition, Land Rover, Infiniti QX80, Mercedes, and Lexus. Some of these fall into the luxury category while others compete in the premium full size SUV segment, but we wanted to fully understand the market before making a decision. We also interacted with multiple dealerships across the region, and the difference in professionalism, effort, and genuine commitment to earning our business was striking. From the beginning, Vinny Vassallo was knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly patient while we evaluated options and worked through what was honestly a complicated trade situation. I was transitioning out of an Escalade that I was significantly upside down in, which meant the numbers required real creativity and collaboration behind the scenes. Rather than rushing us or applying pressure, Vinny stayed engaged throughout the entire process and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Behind the scenes, Bo Bodenstine and John Wahba worked diligently to help structure and negotiate the deal. Their persistence and professionalism were unmistakable throughout the process. And a huge shout out to John Groissl, who ultimately stepped in and helped bring everything together. When John Groissl stepped in to help finalize the deal, that’s when I knew we were working with a dealership that genuinely wanted to make things happen. The vehicle itself has exceeded every expectation. The Lincoln Navigator Black Label is simply extraordinary. The craftsmanship, interior refinement, ride quality, and technology are all impressive, but what stands out most is the comfort. The Navigator’s seats completely blow the Escalade out of the water in terms of comfort and support. The entire driving experience is unbelievably smooth, quiet, and refined. Just as impressive as the vehicle itself was the buying experience, which reflected the same level of quality and professionalism. No pressure. No games. Just a team of professionals genuinely committed to earning our business. A special thank you as well to Logan in finance, who handled the final paperwork portion of the process. Even as my husband and I negotiated just about every number that came across the table, Logan remained patient, professional, kind, thorough, and impressively efficient. After months of research and working with multiple dealerships, this was by far the most seamless, professional, and impressive experience we encountered. They didn’t just sell us a vehicle. They truly earned our business. Thank you again to Vinny Vassallo, Bo Bodenstine, John Wahba, John Groissl, and Logan for delivering such an exceptional experience.
2024 Lincoln Nautilus review
I have a 2024 Nautilus Black Lable hybrid, what sold me was the 48" display, gas milage and comfort. I traded in a 2020 Nautilus BL and talk about night and day! The hybrid gets double the gas mileage about 600 miles per fill up. Into this vehicle for 37500 miles and couldn't be happier.

2023 Lincoln Nautilus review
I’m very satisfied with the Lincoln. I enjoy driving it. It’s so smooth on the open road. Good acceleration. All the safety items are very comforting to have. I really like the crash warning. Has staged me from an accident twice. I have almost 50,000 in a little over two years. My next car will be a Lincoln Nautalist Hybred.

2021 Lincoln Nautilus review
I love my 2021 Nautilus Black Label. I love all the wonderful safety features that comes with this brand. The sound system is absolutely phenomenal and feels as though you have a live concert going on. The panoramic moonroof offers a nice view, not to mention the seats where it gives you the option to have a massage for both driver and passenger. You can control your own air and heat from the back, and the storage area is roomy. I just can't say enough about my Lincoln Nautilus. Lastly, the Lincoln app is totally awesome, as it alerts you every time you are someone enters and exit the vehicle also alerts you if there is a passenger in the back seat. It also keeps track of your maintenance schedule, can schedule maintain. With the Black Label you can set up to have someone pick up and drop off a loaner car right at your home. This is my 2nd Lincoln, I also own a 2011 MKX. The Nautilus replaced the letters and they gave them names. My license plates are Linc1 and Linc2.

2022 Lincoln Corsair review
Going on 23months with the Corsair. First the bad. Have had the backup camera replaced twice(common issue from what I hear). Slightly overpriced when you add options. Sunglass holder broke(button snapped off) so won’t stay closed. I’m expecting it to be fixed free next oil change. Also. This SUV needs TLC to look its best and to maintain interior. I’m a detail car nut. So I keep everything like new as best I can. However? The interior of this vehicle, because of all the piano black gloss, MUST be cleaned and I would suggest, ceramic protected, to look it’s best. That includes the outside. I ceramic myself and is easy to do with many choice products online. If you have little kids or teenagers though? The interior is gonna get trashed, scuffed or something broken. When kept clean and shiny, inside and out, this little SUV is stunning to look at and sit in. The stock stereo is not the best however. Not bad, but not great. If you really love your music. Pay for the upgrade. The difference is huge. Luckily I test drove both before realizing I wanted the better stereo. But? If you just like your music at normal levels and don’t want a thumping subwoofer. The base system is fine. The good. Pure American style, old school, luxury/comfort. Unique and Art-Deco inspired interior. Very quiet vehicle at all speeds and more then enough power for fast driving when needed. This vehicle may be the smallest Lincoln, but it has gusto. Gas mileage is perfectly exceptable for the class and I average about 29-30mpg on highway, which is where I do most of my driving. I like understated luxury. All the German interior bling is way to much for my taste and Lincoln fits my lifestyle/personality better. No mechanical issues as of yet and the engine and transmission seem to get good reviews for longevity. I generally keep my vehicles for 100,000 to 150,000 miles or 8-9 years. I did purchase through Lincoln the extended Warranty, which covers most issues up to 100.000 miles. My Volvo, Lexus, never had any major issues. My Volvo XC 60 gave me 175k miles without major problems. Sold it for 3k and my 2016 Lexus NX has 125k and still runs like new with just brakes, tires, oil and spark plug changes. Am I excpecting that kind of reliability with a Ford product? We shall see. All in all? My first American car in decades and as of now very happy with choice., 4-5 years of ownership is going to be the telling point however, so hoping for NO headaches.

2014 Lincoln MKS review
This is my second MKS, both 2015 AWD models. The car harkens back to the big highway cruisers I grew up with. The car has all the gizmos I'd ever want, especially the heated steering wheel which is a godsend in the winter since my hands tend to get cold quickly. Overall, if your looking for luxury at a reasonable price point look no further. I also love the huge trunk. The rear seats don't drop down but there is a portal you can pull down for long items like wood trim, skis, etc. On the whole it's been reliable. I only wish Lincoln would continue the model but alas, they're moving to all SUV's and electric at that. :(

2018 Lincoln MKZ review
I bought the Reserve trim with the Tech package, Climate Package, 3.0l Twin Turbo V6, and AWD. Overall - This is a take on the modern American midsize luxury sedan that accidentally became the fastest vehicle Lincoln has ever made. Comfort - The seats in the MKZ feel more akin to a neatly fitted recliner with its many leavers to get the perfect position. It might take a few moments to get everything just right, but when you do, it's like sitting on a fluffy golden retriever. Its warm, comfortable, and always happy to see you. Drivability - This is an easy vehicle to drive. The AWD is great for putting the power down and not getting stuck on ice or mud. The handling is soft enough to put the family to sleep at the end of the day. Great visibility, easy to drive at night even in the rain. Interior - The inside looks, feels, and fits the price of this car and not the typical cheap American sedan. Touch points are nice. The inputs work how you would expect them to work. The return of physical buttons and knobs are welcome one, I much rather have the controls of a 4th generation fighter jet over a smart phone. Tech - The tech is fine. Blindspot is fine. Radar cruise control is fine. The auto high beams is fine. The touch screen OS is hopeless. The backup camera is fine. The stereo is fine. Performance - This is my favorite part of the car. Keep it in the low RPMs and you are just driving around any plain whatever V6 sedan. Nothing unusual here. Start rolling into the power and at 2750 you will hit max torque of 400 lbft. Planted your foot firmly to the floor and you will get all 400 HP at 5500 RPMs. With some grippy tires, the tested 0-60 is 4.8s. This makes this sedan a bit of a sleeper. Like I said, this version of the MKZ accidently became Lincoln's fastest car. Exterior - The MKZ has been accused of being a "tart" up ford fusion, but this revision is actually different. The MKZ is physically taller, wider, longer, and its own styling. Lincoln's design language is to be subtle and not draw attention. Paint in black with its shiny grill, it looks more like a 2000s jag than a 2010's ford. Reliability - 59000 miles and had to replace a sparkplug cable for an intermit issue. No other issues to report. Value - Used market is where a car like this has a ton of value. 400 hp, fit and finish, comfort you'd expect, and at a price that most could afford. Look at any of its competitors and they will have less features, less power, or cost way more for similar. If you dont want the power, you can find better options, but for the entire package this is difficult to beat.

Can’t believe Ford stopped building, First is higher than other sedans. It is a hot rod with the larger engine, family car, etc. Has great passing power with very good fuel economy. Massaging seats are wonderful plus heat and cold with back seat heaters. The adjustable suspension was the deal maker for me. It also has the camera, parking assist on , and on! Keeping this car forever!

My experience with Impex auto sales was absolutely fantastic. Rick Lanier, my salesperson, was so easy to work with. Very responsive and took care of any and all questions I had. The process from start to finish with delivery of my vehicle was extremely smooth. First time customer with this dealer, if I were to purchase another car, I would definitely use them again.
2019 Lincoln MKZ review
just purchase an extremely low miles off lease 2019 MKZ from a local dealer. This car is extremly comfortable and has excellent handling and comfortable ride. Sound system is one of the best i have heard. The 2.0 turbo is powerful and quite. I am normally partial to GM, but this Ford product tops the list. Very satisisfied with this vehicle.
