It’s the most reliable comfortable best acceleration for a four-cylinder car I’ve ever owned. I loved it and would’ve purchased a new one except for my business I needed a truck.

As an owner of several Nissan models, I highly recommend this brand for anyone who is interested in buying a car or SUV. They have proven to be dependable and virtually trouble free. I've owned Altima (3 in fact) Maxima and Rouge and never had any problems with them.

Super comfortable, Powerful, Huge space, nice mileage(20-21 mpg), very reliable SUV. It was my first car and loved it from day 1. In 2016, Honda completely changed the Pilot design to be more sleek, which is amazing. I love the big rear view mirrors, hand rest, huge space. One is bound to fall in love with the car.
Just found my second van at Acord Auto. Got my first Honda Odyssey at Acord and, when it was totaled in an accident, I went back for seconds. Acord quickly found a replacement, had it detailed and made minor repairs, waited patiently while financing arranged. I an so pleased we discovered this great dealer. Zach and the crew are amazing.
Best Car I've owned. Ill only own Subarus now on.

This is the best car ive owned. The AWD in the snow is magic and the comfy design inside fits even my biggest friends. Great for camping or trips to the lake. Tons of fun being a stick too.
These people were very friendly and Zach was very helpful at me needing information on a loan! I would recommend anyone who’s looking for a great deal and better car to go here!

I am 6'5" tall, and I love the height of this wagon. I can enter and exit the vehicle without hitting my head. On the down side, the front wheel bearings keep on wearing out. They are only good for 25k miles or so. They are press fit into the spindle and you can not lubricate them. Therefore, you are doomed to buying new bearings on a regular basis. The steering wheel has developed a 3/4" rocking deviation at the edge. I have never experienced this problem in any other car. If feels as if the steering wheel wants to shake right off the steering column. Another problem is the door lock actuators. They also fail on a regular basis. When they break, they make this monstrous buzzing noise. Then, they will either not work at all, or in the case of the drivers door, totally lock you out with the engine running. At about 106k miles,the transmission started to slip badly while up shifting. It was pretty scary to be accelerating on to a road and finding yourself with zero power and a transmission that is making that buzzing noise of death. My Ford dealer had to replace the transmission for USD.3,000.00. That was not an expense that I was anticipating. In conclusion, I would think twice before ever buying a Ford product again.

I love my 2008 LE V8, I bought this used about 6 months ago after a hail storm totalled my 09 SE V6. The difference is substantial. It's my grocery getting race car. It's super quiet and it's the ultimate sleeper. I've had kids in their f150s try and race me and I leave them bewildered and embarrassed but aside from raw power this thing is refined and puts around just fine. The only problem I had was cracked exhaust manifolds but after having them repaired it's been perfect. If you can find one that's not been abused, pick one up. It's a pleasure to drive and the features are great. Mine is an LE 4x4 and in my opinion it is the best multipurpose vehicle around.
This was a pleasant buying experience and John is a professional who listens - from the test drive to the negotiations. He even offered to stop by my home and help me program the garage door opener if needed. Picking up the car today was a pleasure - he went over everything about it in detail and I am a happy customer of Morong.

Previous to my 2017 Rubicon I owned a 2010 Liberty. It was good off road but the Rubicon takes off road experience to a new level. This is a sophisticated machine. I am not a rock hopper so I don't see myself spending money on lift kits. I can tell you that I will spend a lot of time taking moderate trails and climbing so testy hills through out Southern New Mexico.
I bought my first “new” (wasn’t new just way newer than I’ve ever bought before) from them. I had a really nice experience thus far. People were kind, facility was great, car was detailed impeccably. The salesman (Mark) was super nice and welcoming, even to my crazy toddler. I didn’t feel pressured or like I was schmoozed into the sale. He even recommended some different options to me when I didn’t think I could get financing on the one I wanted. In the end they came down on the price enough I could get financed on it through my bank and the process really was “easy!” Thanks for making my first dealership experience a good one!

My husband drove volvos for years and sold his last one a few months ago. we purchased a different car and right from the start had problems - it was NOT a volvo and the dealership was NOT helpful and ultimately I suggested we trade for a volvo v60. he said he did not want the hassle. I said I would do it. so I drove to volvo on a saturday afternoon, had the pleasure of working with Ralph D'Angelo and Matt Anderson, and at the end of the day drove the car, the pre-owned nifty volvo v60 home! it could not have been easier, it could not have been more pleasant - everyone at this dealership was fantastic, professional, dedicated to getting us in the right car and making the trade happen that day. no angst, no dickering... good questions and conversation and a fabulous car at the end of the day. Best mileage, comfort, and driving distance. Would not change it, but job changed, no longer will be driving as much. Mainly was used to drive between hospitals. Most mileage was freeway, minimal city driving wear and tear.
Ralph was accommodating and easy to work with. This was my second car purchase with Ralph. I had a very specific car in mind and he had one for me. I changed my mind on trading in my old car at the last minute and Ralph worked up my new paperwork in minutes.

Made the mistake of buying two . 2017, 2016. Both been to dealer so many times we count. Have to wait for weeks to get them in for appointment. Only dealer in Edmonton. 2016 front wheels bearing replace, trammison valve Body replacement, two injectors replace, engine codes , water in taillights replacement two times. Still have bad transmission lag. The car making a turn it start rolling then nothing for three to five seconds like it is in neutral . It get worse in colder weather. It only has 16000 kms on it. 2017 battery replace. It was at dealer three time for the Electrical problem . Six months to diagnose the battery replacement. Roof trim coming off. The nav system died had to go in for up date. They gave me a new Jaguar for a loaner for two weeks it had electricity problems with it when I had it radio stop working😂😂. The are every costly to service . Oil change around $600.00.First year $900.00 the second they need to change brake fluid. 9000 Km on the 2017
Ralph was great, start to finish! I popped in on a whim one Friday afternoon and he was helpful right from the start, knowledgeable, courteous, and letting me browse at my own pace while standing by to answer all my questions. I stopped by again the following Saturday and he was again helpful right form the start. He went on test drives with me and answered all my questions. I even bonked him on the head with the automatic headrests while trying to work the seat heater, and he handled it like a champ! He mentioned a couple of times that we deserved a luxury experience and I truly feel we got that! The customer service was above expectations. Before I popped in that first Friday afternoon, I was nearly 100% sure I was buying another Lexus RX350. After my experience with Ralph at Portland Volvo, the decision became very clear. I wanted a luxury experience with my luxury vehicle (Volvo XC60) and I'm confident I'll continue to enjoy this kind of customer service. Thank you, Ralph!!!

THIS CAR HAS DEVELOPED TOO MANY PROBLEMS; TWO ARE RELATED TO THE A/C SYSTEM; OTHERS ARE RELATED TO WHEEL BEARINGS, AND AXLES. THE VEHICLE MAKES "POPPING NOISES" IN THE DASHBOARD. IN ADDITION, THE REAR HATCH DOESN'T GO UP ANYMORE WITHOUT HELP, AND THE EXTERIOR MIRRORS MOVE AROUND INSIDE THEIR FRAMES WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY.
Found my new pre-owned vehicle at Portland Volvo with ease. Ralph was very patient and allowed me to try a couple of cars before deciding on the one for me, without pressure or hassle. The purchase process was relatively simple (compared to other dealerships I???ve worked with) and I felt I got a good deal. Ralph was unavailable when I went to pick up the car (they were nice enough to keep it for me for an extra day) but Matt was kind enough to review the features with me.

I got my Mini Countryman new in 2015 and I just loved it and I still do, fast forward to now 2018 I have a 1yr old baby and every time I get him out of the car seat he is drench in sweat even though I am freezing with a full AC blowing, I always wonder why is he sweating when I am freezing... Well, the reason why is because there are no vents in the back seat of the countryman and air can't get to him, and I just thought he was a hot sweaty baby. No wonder he hates it when I try to but him on the car seat, he also hates it when the windows are down just a little while driving. Since discovering this BAD engineering in the countryman I have place a fan so, my baby is always comfortable and I am currently looking into trading it in my country man for a car that has vents in the back seats . :-(
My husband and I had an outstanding experience with Ralph. We went in to replace my 13 year old volvo with a pre owned newer one. Recent trip to Pa. 3100 miles 119 gals gas,26 mpg highway and 2 lane mountain. This car handled back mountain roads like dream even in downpour. I gave it a 4star on interior design because it could use more leg room in second row seating.
